as long as everyone is their own moderator, we will have the free for all that is there
where forums are moderated, a fight may break out, but if someone thinks they can say anything they want, they soon find out otherwise
I've been on enough of them to say that as a fact
they move slower and people are more careful in what they say
that alone is an interesting fact.
