I thought my Dad was the tallest person in the world and I thought my Grandparents were the oldest people in the world.
Well? Is either true?

I used to believe that chocolate milk came from brown cows as a child. My family laughed at me for a good while after learning about that.

I also used to feel for inanimate objects as a child. Like if i accidently stepped on one, I felt a need to apologize to it. Ive often wondered if anyone else did this.

For a while I believed there was a bogeyman under my bed that would come out at night, so I used to jump into bed before he could grab my ankles, lol.

Another one... that you can't get pregnant standing up.

We heard a story one time from someone who ran a dairy farm. They had a cow with mastitis which they were treating. They feed them something that turns the milk blue to check for mastitis, and while this cow had that going on a group of school children came out to see the operation. The guy told the kids that that was the cow that gave the blueberry milk ;). Somewhere out there there is an unfortunate class of children who STILL believe that...

I dunno... if I step on a lego block, IT should be apologizing to ME!

Haha, that seems kinda wrong, doesnt it? Should have at least told them he was just joking, haha.

I will admit: I have been equally guilty of preying upon innocent victims when it comes to animal husbandry. But I have always told them I was joking, so it was a bit of a shock when this guy didn't lol.

Did?

I apologize to the door if I accidentally slam it.

I feel sorry for the stained glass that got left behind because it doesn't fit with the season. (I just put up my Easter-related stained glass, so the bass has lost its home for a while.)

My teddy bear is hilarious.

It did, but you were too busy screaming in pain to hear it.

really my grandfather and that
I wasn't watching what I was hearing and seeing, but peed the bed instead.,.

precious, little spirit...

I thought chocolate milk came from brown cows too. And I would feel bad for inanimate objects if they had a face. Like dolls, teddy bears, and lego men.

When I was little, I thought eating butterscotch candies would make me grow. I had a drawer that I stashed them in so I wouldn't run out of them.

I also got the idea from somewhere that getting a dog would cost me exactly $30. (Not sure where I got that idea.)

Sooo, did you grow after eating butterscotch candy? I'm thinking it might have worked since you said "When I was little."

Good one. You reminded me I thought the same thing! (I thought I'd get married. But really never took it to having kids in heaven. Did you?)

I did grow, but I am no one's definition of "tall". And I'm definitely petite. But I'm still bigger than I was then, so...yeah? :p
