Did you know that your DNA has telomeres on the end, which has the repetitive non-coding codes ie: TTAGGG ?
What does this mean? Think of the end of a shoelace, the plastic bit, is your telemere, while the shoelace is your DNA. The telomeres are a DNA clock. As a person 'moves along in time', their telomeres get shorter, and shorter, until the shoelace frays, and the DNA loses information, body parts degenerate rapidly, even change shape, facial features etc...
How tragic !!
Scientists have discovered that telemerase, and enzyme that increases the length of the telemeres, theoretically allows the cell to live indefinitely - never die !!
Unfortunately, cancer also thrives on telemeres/telemerase, so its a stalemate..., until 'enter Astragalus'....
Astragalus has been found to increase the length of the telemeres, while being anticarcinogenic at the same time...Astragalus was also used by the Chinese emperors, and extensive academic research has been done in China regarding Astragalus.
Geron patented an isolated compound called TA 65 taken from Astragalus with some remarkable results, however some controversy has emerged, and the product was unaffordable to most...
...however, it has been discovered by some, that just taking the extract of Astragalus was even more effective than TA-65 verified by DNA testing. Possibly taking large doses such as a few tablespoons of the powdered herb would achieve a similar effect. To date, everyone I have mentioned this to, that has tried it, loves it and keeps taking it...
Everything in your body is transcribed into mRNA from DNA (pre-mRNA first, but introns are spliced out), and then translated into protein/enzymes via the action of ribosomes and tRNA which brings amino acids along as dictated by the mRNA which the ribosome travels along and reads, creating a space for the tRNA to bring the right amino acid to form a polypeptide chain. These polypeptide chains are folded into primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary proteins, each encoding for a part or organ of the body.
What occurs much of today is 'mutation' of the genetic code. It is these mutations that cause much of the health problems people have today, and enviromental toxins, and retroviruses (they 're-encode' your DNA wrong) are the major problems facing humanity and health. Mitochondrial DNA (give your body energy) is circular, whereas Eukaryotic DNA is typically linear. Prokaryotic DNA is circular also, which is what evolutionists are using in an attempt to draw a 'parallel' with being the origin of human DNA because circular DNA is in mitachonrial DNA also. I dont believe in evolution by any definition in terms of natural evolutionary 'species to species' transgenics; except that within a species changes can occur. (the walnut is shaped like a brain, maybe that their brain evolved from a walnut...lol)
Telemeres are on the ends of Chromosomes ie: DNA. dsDNA (double-stranded DNA) is wound on histones forming nucleosomes which end up compacted into a concetrated mass with a particular shape, called a 'chromosome'. A gene is an 'ecoding part' of DNA which encodes for a specific protein and gives phenotypic traits via alleles.
...and the shorter a persons telemeres got over time, the more DNA information is lost and further DNA replication is not entirely as the original template sense strand once was..., which is used to create copies of DNA via semi-conservative replication...
...although there may be other mutations occuring for whatever reason, that compromise the integrity of information coding in the DNA strand, ie: point mutations, missense, nonsense and frameshift mutations etc;...keeping the telemeres long generally keeps the integrity of the original DNA coding information for a longer period of time....
This product has been used by Chinese Emperors for 1000's of years, and Chinese academics have done numerous extensive research and studies on this herb. The Chinese medical profession also use this herb intravenously; using injections isolated from compounds in Astragalus and its extracts for treating cancers among other conditions.
Overall, to keep ones DNA healthy and contained longer without fraying and losing information is to retain more of ones youthfullness and constitutional integrity. Telemeres that are long ensure this typically.
Where there are other issues involving regeneraton, ie: due of effects of stroke or compromised pancreas; stem cells offer the most promising solutions to date. Following that, 'genetic medicine' in 'un-mutating mutations' is the next step IMO...
