Currently having oatmeal for breakfast. Its been years. I used to have no breakfast now i am to take my pills with food.
On my days off from work my wife prepares breakfast and is doing so now. Eggs, hash browns, sausage, OJ. Before I was married I used to skip breakfast but she insists that I eat so now it is part of a healthier routine.

On days that I work I get my own breakfast which usually consists of a bowl of cereal and a small glass of juice. I take lunches to work now too. That's healthier than just spending my breaks and lunch time smoking cigarettes and guzzling coffee. I hope to quit smoking this year and to cut back on my coffee consumption.

Right now it's all talk and no action but I am feeling the Holy Spirit prompting me to live a healthier lifestyle. Oh, I drink water now everyday but it has to be Perrier bottled water. That's 'cause it's fizzy.

I was starting to take vitamins too but have been slack of late in doing this and is not part of my regular routine.

After breakfast we will have our daily devotion consisting of bible reading, study, contemplation and prayer. That is part of my regular routine and have done this each day since I got married.

Being a loving and faithful husband is part of my regular routine too.

Outside of these things I am a piece of work.

Suddenly, I am hungry.

getting 'older' has so many perks that it is amazing - just one example: we often eat 'brunch' for breakfast,
and often eat breakfast for lunch or dinner, it's just a choice that is always delicious and healthful...
but, never, ever, any kind of 'swine' for us...

by the way, Tourist, what you said about being a "Loving and Faithful husband", is AWESOME!!!
also, oh so very 'rare' in these 'last-days'...You Both are Truly Blessed!!!:):)

Your thread is unique from mine and it's perfectly ok to have a thread of your own :). I just was mentioning the somewhat shared experience.

we usually start the day off with 'an home-grown drink from our 'organic garden'....,
amazing results, which include the essential herbs and such that Jesus has enlightened
us to...,

just remember,

that if you 'feed' your body, first thing in the morning, going to 'work' or 'not', this is the
food/energy, that will fuel you for many hours...
Please, just use your 'common sense' and take care of your Temple,..for God's sake!!!
