Ever since I was young kid I was diagnosed with a learning disability. ADD is probably the correct term for it. In the beginning my doctors wanted to put me on meds of it. My parents resisted. Now days some of my doctors wanted to put me on it, but decided against it because of my high blood pressure. Those meds tend to raise your blood pressure. Just a few years ago, my main doctor decided to try it. But I had to go see him once month because he had to try to balance the ADD meds with the blood pressure meds. I quit trying since I had to go back once a month and deal with the balance issue. I just was wondering if there is anything natural that is supposed to help with this. Something that doesn't raise blood pressure.

Magnesium is supposed to reduce your blood pressure. I would try magnesium chelate, as some other forms are less suited to being absorbed by your body. That might allow you to take the ADD meds with a more natural balancing medicine for your heart. Obviously, do your own research, ask your doctor and such (although most doctors avoid natural/cheap medicine) and don't take this as advice.

I don't know much about ADD - I thought it might be caused by something in the diet, although I wouldn't be surprised if it was linked to vaccine poisoning.

perhaps a sensitivity to the hundreds of additives and preservatives ?

I will add that if you buy a cheap weekly school planner or date a journal, then you can narrow down the potential food sensitivities better than a physician.
There are the common offenders, but I would write down every ingredient or cut out the ingredient label and tape it to the day.
Likewise, write down the symptoms and severity of each, mild, moderate, severe or use 1-5.
After a couple weeks a pattern may appear.
I suggest this of clients prior to consultations. There are supplements that might help, but I would start by cleaning up the diet little bit every week. In time, that's major progress and it's a pleasant transition for most.

Try hot, black coffee, no additives, with meals. It worked well for my son.

Also remove foods with color additives, and nitrate preservatives.
