Does anyone here know much about Low Testosterone? Or know others who suffer with it?

I am one of those guys that for many years now I have been battling with Fibromyalgia, Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (both discs have been displaced) as these are conditions I have been diagnosed as having. There are days it does impact me, especially the facial pain and the fatigue if I over exert myself. I have my fair share of depression as well.

What is interesting is that I have found out through research a lot of men who have been diagnosed as having Fibromyalgia apparently have Low Testesterone.

I have once again been looking at my past blood tests history and I notice that in one year my Testesterone was below the minimum level but when the test was done a 2nd time (2nd time in the morning), the result a little bit higher, but because it was in the range just above the bare minimum it wasn't looked at any further. My last blood test as far as Testosterone is concerned is just too close to the bare minimum. That just does not sound right with me. Think I should get another test done, but in the afternoon, it may prove to be interesting.

With my jaw problem, i never knew how I got it, it has always remained a mystery, and my levels of fatigue have always been a mystery to me as well. I actually wonder if my body literally is unable to produce enough testosterone. I never was able to find out why I got these health conditions.

Eat plenty of red meat. Get rid of sugars, including grains. Lift heavy, lean yourself out.

Buddy, you should read the books by Dr. Sherry Rogers (prestige publishing dot com or Amazon). She is an allergist who had to fix her health before she could work as a doctor. Fibromyalgia is a reaction to environmental toxins. To get rid of toxins, mix calcium bentonite clay with water and eat/drink it plus curcumin extract from turmeric will increase getting rid of toxins. The best calcium bentonite clay that I know of is from Living Clay Co and is available from the power mall section of powerhournation dot com.
Eat no processed food (foods that come in a box with ingredients that sound like chemicals.
Dr. Rogers likes the macrobiotic diet but she knows some people need meat.
All of her books refer to her other books so it kind of requires you to buy almost all of them.
I think some fats are good like butter (not margarine) and coconut oil even though the macrobiotic diet doesn't include them.
Flax is a good oil but it's not for cooking. Some like to cook with olive oil.
I don't trust other kinds of oil for cooking.
After you are on the calcium bentonite clay for 3 to 4 weeks, there will be ring-around-the-collar dirt that comes out of your skin pores that will seem like dry, flaky skin.
Some like dried oregano leaves that grow wild in the Mediterranean area or the oil from the same plant.
I haven't tried the oregano leaves (Oregamax from North American Herb and Spice) but I have tried the oregano oil.
Curcumin extract from turmeric (95% circumin is the best) is stronger. Available as Bodease from infowarsstore dot com or the power mall has curcumin. Curcumin is strong. The calcium bentonite clay is more gentle and takes longer.
Taking both is what I do. I don't have fibromyalgia.
infowarsstore sells male enhancer herbs but low testosterone is a symptom.
Fluoride and chlorine added to water is not good.
infowars (Propur) and jmccsci dot com sells water filters to get the chemicals out.
The filters are expensive but drinking fluoride reduces health.
They don't add fluoride in Europe. They think adding fluoride is a conspiracy theory.
Fluoride takes the place of iodine in the thyroid.

you are still very young, you must change your ways of eating and life-style, while you still have
some time left...

it's obvious that you are 'lacking' in many of the God Given Supplements that He has made available
to us,
do your research and 'learn' how to honor your temple'...

my husband will be 70 this year, and we still have a very active 'sexual life' -
ask Jesus where to lead you to find the formula for yourself, and obey it -
it often requires a 'lot' of giving-up the 'worldly-ways' that we have been
taught from birth'...

Actually over the years I have actually changed my diet in many ways, only on the odd occasion I eat out. Try to stay away from as much processed foods as possible, or the refined foods, like the white sugar and the white salt, try to avoid that as much as possible.


But it makes me wonder if with so much of the food tampering there is today, no wonder so many people are ill. And reality is we don't really know what we are really getting. Even these so called "fresh fruit and veges" at the markets are very questionable, at least in my opinion.

Will look into a water filter, who knows what other crap is in there.

Reading up a bit on Fluoride and Low T, definitely need to research that area.

After a check up about ten years ago, the doctor told me that my T was low also. He told me its not a big deal and there are supplements available. When I asked him about the side effects he admitted it will lessen natural T release/production in the body. I found a better way. Instead of telling you right away a system to increase it, I want to tell you what the Spirit explained to me.

The body is a machine that doesn't only adapt to your internal environment. It also is effected by the external environment. Let me explain. Your body has a biological clock that is programmed to release large amounts of testosterone in the womb, creating your male features and organs. Most people don't know that hermaphrodites, are males with testicular injury, prior to the fetal stage of sex organ production. The default gender is female. The testosterone initiates the changes. In adolescence it is released to enhance male features, make you hate your parents so you move out on your own, and increase the sex drive creating a natural desire to increase population. Biologically it makes you do stupid things in attempt to attract females and scare other males, completing Alpha male protocol, strengthening genetic stock in our species.

After you have had children, and find a mate, testosterone naturally falls by design so you don't perpetually look for other mates, or kill your offspring, in a hormonal rage because they won't submit to your authority and clean their room. It is society that tells you your T is low. Increasing T makes people want to stay in the "game". This involves spending money on fitness memberships, sexy cars, expensive clothes and beauty products. Women who just want attention have to stay in the game to compete for their mates attention, often attracting other middle aged adolescents hopped up on cialis in an effort to prove their manhood. Basically higher T in men who have higher income equals profits for anyone selling everything, especially big Pharma.

God's population control. This is the other aspect. Areas with high populations naturally produce more stress. Food sources would be limited (poor nutrition) and sleep would be affected. These are the two greatest combatants to testosterone production and release. Other things cause a greater production and release, like physically fighting, and a lack of stress in women. Women for the most part, feel the desire to procreate. Stress, interferes with this. During empty nest, usually after a career is established, the will regain their appetite. Enter "cougar" stage. Since the males their age are low T effected, some turn to younger, virile, specimens to scratch their itch. This is also the result of social programming. In a marriage, if their partner lacks interest, or ability, they ween their urges and just scrapbook, focus on the grandkids and/or read Fifty Shades of Grey...again. Basically, a woman's touch (including the pheromones, present in vaginal secretion) naturally raise T.

Lifting heavy weights, simulates being in a struggle for life. It calls on the T for its aggression related properties. They found even competing at chess can raise levels. This is how it is tapped in a gym, pushing yourself beyond a comfortable level quickly. Walking and marathon (biking) sports decrease it because your body releases estrogen in an effort eliminate unneeded bulky muscle, to avoid the expenditure of calories. Being overweight increases estrogen. Unhealthy people are genetically not "Alpha" quality and this causes less reproduction of "sick" individuals.

When you look at our biology from an engineering perspective, you quickly see how our hormones are designed to adapt us and our environment. When you look at society and its capitalistic motives, it is easy to spot how it uses media to brainwash and manipulate consumers.

Recap

Lower testosterone by not sleeping, being stressed, being overweight, not getting proper nutrition, getting older, spending great amounts of time exercising (walking or jogging) and being abstinent.

Increase T by getting sleep, eating cholesterol (many hormones are generated using this), getting proper nutrients, run like a bear is chasing you, kick the crap out of a heavy bag or using as many muscles at once (squats, power lifting), and being around women who want you.

When you look at the results of your medical tests, see if the tests for minerals especially magnesium and zinc read "RBC (mineral)." If the test is for Magnesium or Zinc then it is a test for the amount of mineral in the blood serum. In the body's wisdom, the blood serum is the last place where the mineral will lack. The RBC Red Blood Cell test checks for minerals in the red blood cells which Dr. Rogers say is more accurate.
Since you are interested in water filters. Propur from Alex Jones of infowarsstore is the best in my opinion. I had a quality problem with Alexapur because a shipment of filters passed the water too fast, it didn't filter. I write of gravity flow filters. James McCanney (jmccsci dot com) sells good filters. I find a little bit of clay or something like that in the bottom of the filtered water so I don't use the bottom of the filtered water. James McCanney sells a whole house filter.
Pastor Butch Paugh has a radio show on short wave radio. He sells scratch and dent gravity feed units from Berky Water Products. Alex Jones used to sell these but found the quality of Propur and then Alexapur better so he sells both of them.
James McCanney says the all the filters of all the gravity feed companies have the same threaded plastic stud where the water exits the filter so the filters from one company can be used in the other's gravity feed units.
I recommend the 3 filter units for a single person.
If you want to save money, buy a 3 filter unit from Pastor Butch but only the top unit that houses the filters. The diameter will be nine inches with a quarter inch tapered bottom. Buy two soup stock pots that also have a nine inch diameter. I recommend two pots so when you fill one pot, you can move the top filter unit to the other pot and start filtering water so you don't run out.
I don't know if the 4 filter unit has a diameter of 10 inches. If it does, the biggest soup stock pot I know of has a diameter of 10 inches also. I don't know of the heighth of the 4 filter unit. The 3 filter unit fits under the countertops which are mounted 24 inches about the countertop but no one puts the gravity feed units under the cabinets. They are placed with the faucet hanging over the edge of the counter so they are in front of the cabinetry. The cabinet door will hit the handle of the lid so you have to take the lid off or leave the cabinet door open.
The bottom of the water catcher pot from the companies has a faucet. You really don't need the water level gauge because you can see how much water is left from the pressure but the gauge is easier. You have to dip the water out if you use the soup stock pots because there is no faucet.

I’m not following how informing someone about testosterone leads to heartbreak. After my low T diagnosis, I would have been grateful to have had this knowledge delivered to me. Because of acting on my findings I have optimal hormone balance, a stronger, tighter physique and overall better outlook on life now, compared to 12 years ago.

Because of acting on my findings I have optimal hormone balance, a stronger, tighter physique and overall better outlook on life now, compared to 12 years ago.
I wish I knew about how Low Testosterone can cause a man so much issues. When I researched into it, I was shocked to discover how Low T in men parallels the symptoms of men having being diagnosed as having fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue.

I have been starting to suspect I may of had a low T problem for quite some time, since my early adult life, but not aware of it. Nowadays I can be considered medication free from my system (accept in moments where I may get a cold or some other virus).

When I think back to first time a blood test revealed that my testosterone dropped below the bare minimum (this was I think in my mid 30s), and then when I had to have a 2nd testosterone test in the morning, it only showed a little bit higher (just above the bare minimum). Now that I think about it, a lot of my fatigue moments I often experience is usually later in the day, around noon to afternoon time frame. And that time frame corresponds to when I had my first testosterone blood test done. Very interesting.

I have researched about Testosterone Replacement Therapy, and am very skeptical about it.

So was I. T is largely released during sleep. That’s why it and some organs are higher in the morning. Many things can cause fatigue, like sleep apnea. If you aren’t sleeping well, you may be ok to start your day but then get tired later. I seriously changed my life just by eating different and specific training.

my Husband will be '70' this year = we met and hooked-up in the late 70's, eventually married -
and with what I would call from my 'aged experience', we still have that 'very special-connection',
it hasn't waned, but has just changed certain circumstance in our lives, but ever so alive and
such an important part of the 'whole'...we are truly blessed!!!:):)

I read Dr. Sherry Rogers book, "You are what you ate." She explains the macrobiotic diet and how macrobiotic counselors diagnose by visual observation but that they have been known to disagree amongst themselves so it's not an exact science.

Her book says that TMJ can happen when the body is acidic so to buffer the acid condition (to try to bring the pH back to 7.43) the body takes calcium from the bones.

I've also read that drinking alkaline water to balance the pH is too much of a shock to the body.
I think they were talking about extremely alkaline water but that's my interpretation based on other knowledge I have learned.

The ceramic filter sold by Propur naturally changes the water's pH to alkaline.
the James McCanney filters are made of ceramic.

Jones sells a supplemental iodine (survival shield x-2).

Stay away from soy. I don't know if you are vegetarian or vegan but soy products will increase estrogen and lower testosterone in men, especially unfermented soy products.

I believe that he is still a doctor who practices medicine. Osteopathic doctor's tend to look at a whole body approach and not just focus on a particular symptom. The family doctor I used to have was an osteopathic doctor. You are correct in saying that this type of doctor is not an MD (medical doctor) but rather a DO (doctor of osteopathy). Ether way there will be a co-pay. :)

Had really bad issues with fibromyalgia. Drink smoothies aand start adding ginger into your diet.
Load ur diet with inflammation fighting stuff. And work out (not too much and be careful with your trigger points)
