It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/ reduce main diseases:

1.. High Blood Pressure - 30 days

2.. Gastric - 10 days

3.. Diabetes - 30 days

4.. Constipation - 10 days

5.. Cancer - 180 days

6.. TB - 90 days

7.. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily.

This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

So many of us underestimate the value of high water consumption.

As a person with epilepsy, who drinks a ton of water every day, I can personally attest to the fact that it does NOT cure epilepsy...

I have no idea whether this water treatment would work for the various ailments listed. But even if it does work as advertised, the established medical community will NEVER endorse it. This type of treatment flies against everything the AMA and other medical agencies stand for. It's FREE.

if one cares about maintaining a healthy body, inside and out, 'water', especially, distilled,
will help your immune system in so many ways, that you will find it astounding.

please, do the 'research', quit drinking those drinks of death that can even dissolve
a nail in a bottle of coke...not to mention these new 'hyper-drinks' that can literally
burst your hearts to pieces...don't FALL for the FAKE, take care of your precious
selves, and value the Life that Jesus have chosen to give to you...

Thank you for the share. These threads are always welcome. When we get so engrossed in our days, and esp before we do, it is good to take at least a glass of water. I do not travel that much, but when i do, i know the water intake is much lessened, for we're trapped in vehicles and cannot always go. So i strive to drink at least an hour before trip, then sip from a bottle along the way. On reaching destination, we can drink again... but be considering the return trip again=). Anyway, i just know i need to gulp in more by the time i get home, which i do, feeling so thirsty.

always taking water to bed with you and drinking it when you wake-up for whatever reason,
will always help you to go back to sleep faster as it is nourishing the needs of your body
while you are resting...and if you wake hungry, the water will fill your need for nourishment...
very often when I wake and feel out of sorts or hungry, I will just take a few sips of my water,
and fall right back to sleep...

The type of water is extremely important. As well as the temperature and when.
I would recommend an Athena water alkalizer/ionizer for everyone if they can afford it.

I like drinking water, and drink much of it every day,for I feel it is that important, and it is the best moisturizer, and helps prevent cramps, and the body functions better, and the skin looks better, and quenches the thirst the best.

Even if I detested drinking water I would still drink it for there is no alternative, other than drinks with water, unlike food where I can abstain from certain foods I do not like, and still get a balanced nutrition.

Water to the body is like oil to a car,if you get too low with water in your body your body will seize up,which happened to a bodybuilder Paul Dillett that overdid taking something to gobble the excess water from his body to appear more lean on stage, and froze up in which they carried him off stage.

But like exercise, water cannot cure any problem, for there are some problems that it does not matter how much exercise,or water you drink, you cannot beat that problem, for it is too major of a problem to overcome, but of course the body is going to give out in certain areas no matter what we do in life.

An example is Jack LaLanne, and who exercised more than this man,and said if it is man made do not eat it,and did thousands of push ups,and sit ups at a time, and lifted weights.

Age 42 set a world record for push ups doing 1033 in 23 minutes.

Age 43 swam the Golden Gate channel while towing a cabin cruiser … which weighed 2,500 pounds. The one-mile swim turned into a six-and-a-half-mile journey thanks to ocean currents.

Age 60 he repeated his 1955 Alcatraz stunt, but in addition to the handcuffs he was also shackled … and towing a 1,000-pound boat.

Age 62 to celebrate the US Bicentennial, he swam one mile—again shackled and handcuffed—while towing 13 boats (symbolizing the 13 original colonies) with 76 people on board.

Age 70 to celebrate his birthday he swam 1.5 miles along the California coast from the Queen's Way Bridge to Long Beach Harbor. And he did it while wearing handcuffs and shackles on his arms and legs and towing 70 row boats holding 70 people.

That is funny we celebrate our birthday with cake and ice cream, and he celebrates it doing this, and you cannot even get your kids to do chores.Jack passes on the cake, literally.

Jack Lalanne died at 96 years old,but his brother Norman Lalanne who was a waterfront businessman died at 97 years old who was not a fitness guru like Jack Lalanne, because exercise cannot overcome some things, and it was his genetics that held the most factor in his long life, although he felt a whole lot better than his brother.

Good genes with no exercise will carry a person farther, than bad genes with exercise, for exercise can only do so much, and cannot offset some things that the body might encounter,or part of their family history.

That is if they do not dog themselves out with alcohol,or drugs,or anything that takes so much of a toll on their body, which meth can speed the body up and take a great toll on the body where in 3 years of use they look like the wicked witch of the west, but sometimes people dog themselves out and because of their good genes still live a long time.I do not like alcohol,or drugs, but like Jack Lalanne I have good genes, and my dad has been drinking and smoking ever since he was a teenager, and he is 80 years old,and still does not have to go to the doctor, and seems in fairly good shape, and he thinks he has 15 more years to live, and I said don't push it old man, only kidding. But my dad has always been funny and cool,so I was never abused, thank God.

Water is good, and helps the body out a great deal, but it is not going to cure every problem, and some things it cannot offset it,and if it is in their family history.

But water is good, and if neglected can lead to problems.Health benefits of drinking water include the maintenance of pH balance, body temperature, metabolism, breathing, prevention of constipation, heartburn, migraines, gastritis, ulcers, kidney stones, cardiovascular disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, backaches and osteoporosis.

Which I have to bring this up because it is so silly, that when vitamins make a claim the FDA says we have not evaluated that,as if to say they do not know if it is true, which why don't they evaluate it,and do they think people are lying that did research on it,but they have studied vitamins, and minerals, for years and know what their purpose is,and why do they think those things are in food,to assist the body to function better.

The love of money is the root of all evil.

In day 2 of this. It seems like it will take at least a couple weeks, maybe a month, to see any benefits. Not sure if I'll stick to it, at this point. And I don't really have any health issues (that I know of). But it seems like even a healthy person could benefit. Well, if there's anything to it, that is. :)

kind of an 'odd' post,

but, Jesus created WATER in order to keep all of His creations 'alive';
it's satan, that has created all of the poisons that are doing the killing and causing
the plethora of deadly sicknesses...

Very true. But He also changed some of that water into wine.

Hmmmm, perhaps I should be drinking something else in the morning! /jk :)

I do drink water first thing in the morning... and throughout the day... and at night, too. But JosephDreams, why is the temperature important? And why do you recommend Athena water? What are the benefits?

Also, I get confused about vitamins. I heard that most vitamins lose a lot of their potency before they're sold off the store shelves. And what about multivitamins? Are we better off buying vitamins (A, B12, C, D, etc.) separately, or are multivitamins just as good?

I mostly eat foods that are high in particular vitamins, such as sweet potatoes, kale, carrots, spinach, apples, almonds, etc. Do y'all think it's safe to get vitamins from food alone? Or should we also take supplements?

Lots of questions here, I know. I appreciate any input from everyone here.

To know your vitamin needs only a doctor can tell you that. Every body functions differently, so some vitamins may absorb well in your system while others not so well. A doc can do a blood test to determine what areas you're low in and may need to supplement.
If I recall water temp determines how quickly it gets absorbed into your system. Room temp water absorbs quicker than cold water.
