For weight loss. You could drink 8 glass of water per day. Do some workout for 3-4 time week such as HIT or Cardio. Along with 2 days rest. Know how many calories that u should eat everyday. Avoid eating much sugary, sweet, salty stuff such as candy, chip or cake. You could actually eat those sugary, sweet or salty stuff once a week or replace with much more healthier treat such as granola bar, quaker oat meal cookies or a yougurt. Eating some protein and make some healthier smoothies or drink. Last but not least eat healthier meal along with vegetables and fruits.

I have used green coffee beans, just about 1/4 teaspoon, they increase the metabolic rate to burn calories, along with the wise practices posted in the OP.

Try to fill up your plate with veggies most, then fiber filled carbs like whole grains and fruits, and then protein no bigger than the palm of your hand. If you do this for all three meals of the day, you'll lose weight. And drink your water! :)
