Hello,
I am here out of curiosity to learn about God. I would not call myself a Christian, but I hope I am welcomed.

Hello,
I am here out of curiosity to learn about God. I would not call myself a Christian, but I hope I am welcomed.
Yes, you are welcome in this place, dear friend. So glad you have come with an open mind.

Matthew 7
7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
7:8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

The first thing to know about Christianity is that it is all about Jesus.

Philippians 2
2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of [things] in heaven, and [things] in earth, and [things] under the earth;
2:11 And [that] every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ [is] Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

He died for our sins. He paid the price that we could never pay. Come just as you are and totally surrender all to Him today. God bless you.

Thank you all for the kind words
All the best with your search. I hope you find Him...don’t want to sound like a religious nut, but The Bible is the best place to start. Maybe the New Testament Gospels. I started on Gospel of John, but everyone’s different 👍
