I wash my face and use mud masks. They're delightful.
I teach my children about God and that that is also delightful. I learn things from it.

Like the title says, what do you consistently do, or at least try to, or want to do that contributes to living a healthy life? Exercise is an example, drinking more than 2 litres of water a day, is another example. I'll start.
What's yours?
I eat bacon on a weekly basis. Keeps the arteries clean and the heart well oiled.

I pray over my food at every meal. Doesnt matter what you are eating or drinking,it is good to ask the Lord to bless what you consume so that satan cant try to kill, steal, and destroy through means of food. We dont struggle against flesh and blood but against.....
Im sr..us:)
God told us to be wise as serpents and gentle as doves...

If Jesus can raise the dead and do all that he did ,he can certainly protect my food from darkness that may attach itself to it.

Call me crazy!
God said you cannot plz him without faith:)

Assuming you're talking about dairy chocolate - this is not a healthy habit. Dairy is not healthy. More often than not the chocolate comes from a child slave labour environment and or it is not cruelty free not being vegan.

If someone is going to have a healthy habit and eat chocolate which I would recommend only on occasion, I would definitely ensure it was vegan chocolate. That the organisation treated its employees fairly and where there are no animal products and cruelty involved at any stage.

Below is a list, but I would encourage the readers to do their own investigations, of a list of vegan chocolates that are slave labour free and that you can feel ethically comfortable with purchasing them:

Dairy provides protein, calcium, and vitamin D. Moderation.
I prefer dark 85% or more chocolate.

Was browsing a fat habits book written by 2 nutritionists, and read for those trying to lose weight: You want food that will quash cravings, not create them, so limiting foods with added sugars to less than 100 cal., 25 g of added sugars per day will help.

Best way to start the day - talking to God.

I do this about 6 times a day. I was always an early bird, never interested in sleeping in when I was younger and it's stayed with me since. At 6 times a day 40 mins each early in the AM and at dusk in the evening has been one of the best things i've ever done. It is such a renewal of the body and mind.

6 times a day? How is that even humanly possible? There's a little thing called work.

Currently I ride my bike to work and back, but I only work part time, so that an hour every two- three days :p
I do tend to get restless and go for a walk most days though.

I don't see how one can to for a 40 min walk six times a day either.

Most experts agree that 20 mins of fast walking each day has a good health benefit. That is more within range of what people have time for :)
