{Please share verses and understanding on Salvation} how to be saved....Romans 10:8-13

But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
[SUP]9 [/SUP]That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
[SUP]12 [/SUP]For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
[SUP]13 [/SUP]For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved......:)love in Christ Sherril..

1 Corinthians 15:1-4 NKJV
[1] Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, [2] by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you-unless you believed in vain. [3] For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, [4] and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,

There is only one thing that saves- and that is Christ’s blood (which is grace). So how do we get Christ’s blood? We get into Christ. Those in Christ will be saved, but how do you get in Christ? The Bible only mentions one way to get in Christ...

Romans 6:3- we are baptized into Christ. Christ shed His blood in His death, we are therefore baptized into His death- this is the gospel that saves. The Bible says that the gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and that we must obey this gospel. “With flames of fire (hell) He will take vengeance on those who know not God, and who obey not the gospel of His Son.” Ok, so how do you obey a fact? By doing the same- die to yourself, bury your sinful self in the watery grave of baptism, and be raised a new creature in Christ.

So where do belief, repentance, confession, etc come in? They save by leading you to what ultimately saves- which is Christ’s blood. Because without belief it wouldn’t be baptism- it would just be getting wet. Without repentance (making a u-turn away from sin) being born again by baptism would only create a baby graveyard- for a babe in Christ who goes right back to being worldly (practicing sin willfully, premeditated and without goal or effort to stop) loses the blood of Christ that was sacrificed for them. “But if you sin willfully there no longer remains a sacrifice for your sins.”

So you must repent, you must believe, you must get baptized, you must remain in Christ till you die, etc. But none of these things saves you alone, by itself, without the other things. You cannot only repent and not obey the gospel of baptism. You cannot simply believe God exists, and consider obedience optional- cause we know that at least the gospel must be obeyed- because those who do not obey it will receive God’s vengeance- which is eternal flames of fire- that means obedience is required to receive salvation. It does not earn salvation, but without it we won’t be given salvation.

The {miracle of salvation} as God became man a dwelt among us in form of a man, Jesus the Christ the Son of the living God.....Philippians 2:7-9 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
[SUP]8 [/SUP]And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:...Jesus brings us life eternal by His sinless blood, Jesus made the only way for our redemption, as Jesus took our place and Jesus took our sins on our behalf, so we are reconciled to the Father......John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.....................And now Jesus being our Savior & Lord it is so overwhelming that we have been made whole, and have been forgiven through Jesus Christ our Lord...now having eternal life forever with our God.....John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
[SUP]17 [/SUP]For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
[SUP]18 [/SUP]He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God......thank you Jesus, thank you Father and Holy Spirit, as we are new creations in Christ Jesus having been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb...Now we cry out Abba Father, as we have become children of the Most High God set apart unto His good will servants of God...Galatians 4:6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.....Love you my dear Savior, My Abba, thank you Holy Spirit.....in all things I give you praise....Sherril...

Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to Yah has to believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who earnestly seek Him.”

Hebrews 5:9, “And having been perfected, He became the Causer of everlasting salvation to all those obeying Him.”

James 2:14-26, “14 My brothers, what use is it for anyone to say he has belief but does not have works? This belief is unable to save him. 15, "And if a brother or sister is naked and in need of daily food, 16, "but one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” but you do not give them the bodily needs, what use is it? 17, "So also belief, if it does not have works, is in itself dead. 18, "But someone might say, “You have belief, and I have works.” Show me your belief without your works, and I shall show you my belief by my works. 19, "You believe that Yah is one. You do well. The demons also believe – and shudder! 20, "But do you wish to know, O foolish man, that the belief without the works is dead? 21, "Was not Aḇraham our father declared right by works when he offered Yitsḥaq his son on the slaughter-place? 22, "Do you see that the belief was working with his works, and by the works the belief was perfected? 23, "And the Scripture was filled which says, “Aḇraham believed Yah, and it was reckoned to him for righteousness.” And He called him, “he who loves Yah. 24, "You see, then, that a man is declared right by works, and not by belief alone. 25, "In the same way, was not Raḥaḇ the whore also declared right by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way? 26, “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so also the belief is dead without the works.”

Rom 3:28, "For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the Law.

Rom 331, "Are we then doing away with the Law through the faith? By no means! Rather, we establish the Law!"

John/Yahanan 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."

John/Yahanan 5:24, "Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life, and doesn't come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life."

*John/Yahanan 5:46-47, "For had you believed Mosheh, you would have believed Me, for he wrote about Me*. But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe My words?"

*Mosheh wrote:

Deuteronomy 18:18-19, "I (YHWH) will raise up for them a Prophet (Yahshua/Jesus) like you from among their brothers, and I will put My words in His mouth, and He will tell them everything I command Him. Whoever will not listen to My words, which He speaks in My Name, I will judge him for it"

"listen" is word #8085 -

my understanding about salvation

1. It is a grace, in the sense we not deserve for, but it doesn't mean no requirement. It require faith.

some people think, grace mean no requirement, but bible teach salvation is grace with requirement ( john 3:16)

2. There is correlation between salvation and love.

salvation produce love. John 15 tell about branch will produce fruit if it abide to the vine

save person is like a branch that a bide to the vine, if branch not abide to the vine anymore, it will be cut, and cast in to fire

it mean not save.

John 15
6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

so there is correlation between love and salvation. If a man declare he is born again and save but not show love to fellow man, he is a liar, he is not save, it doesn't matter whether he is a big pastor or church leader.

3. Miracle not evident of salvation but love is

matt 7

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Jesus inform us in these verse that there are some people, who prophecies and perform miracles but not save

You must be born again, without being born agian you cannot see the kingdom of God so there would be no way for you to know to believe, repent or to be baptized. So baptism is not being born again because if you are not born again you would not know that you need to be baptized or repent or believe.

John 3:3 “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

Also notice in Romans 6:3-4 "
Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life."

As you read on in Romans 7:6 Paul tells us what this newness of life is.
“But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.”

Which mean that Paul in Romans 6 is not talking about water baptism, but the baptism of the Spirit by which we are all made a member of the body of Christ.

I Corinthians 12:12-13
“For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.

Outside of the book of Acts there are no Scripture that speak of water baptism. The closes one is I Peter 3:20-21 "because they formerly did not obey, when God's patience waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight persons, were brought safely through water. Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,"

Notice that our baptism corresponds or an anti-type to the water that brought safely through water. We are brought into union with Chirst through the baptism of the Spirit and into His death and resurrection as mentioned on Romans 6.

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!..Psalm 107:2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;....what great Salvation!.. we are bought with a price the life of the sinless Lamb of God Jesus our Lord...(John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.) His blood shed for our sins paying in full the debt as Jesus willingly gave Himself in our behalf, taken on our sins to reconcile us to our Father our God....2 Corinthians 5:19-21 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.[SUP]20 [/SUP]Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
[SUP]21 [/SUP]For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.Jesus thank you....love in Christ Sherril...

How shall we reject so great a salvation? Hebrew 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;

12 [FONT=&quot]Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:[/FONT]
