They have more blue square box fans at Walmart. View attachment 184328 Maybe I'll call Daddy and see if he can meet me there tomorrow so I can go get one before they go out of stock again..

My old rusty fan will have to do for me today - But on behalf of you Blue I added some blue strings on to accent it with beauty. This way every time the cool breeze hits me I can think of you beautiful!

About once every 1.5 months - My father used to cut our hair as a kid. He would give me a crew cut which was a nice word for military easy cut. I loved it as a kid, but I hate it looking back as an adult. But what can I say? It saved my parents money with four siblings so God Bless them I loved them dearly.

*What’s the story behind a time when you got locked out?

I was coming home as a high-school kid after being a bad boy and partying and we had been drinking something other than water - I went to my parents front door where I was living at the time - duh - and as my friend departed out of the driveway I noticed my keys were not in my pocket any longer. I was so unwatered that I couldn't even figure out what to do to get in so I slept on the backyard. I was freezing I remember, and it wasn't even light yet when I looked up and saw my Dad hovering about my presence - needless to say I bonded with my Dad that day whether I was willing or not. But today, I am reminded of how that really did bond us in the long run of transparency and willingness to help one another thru discipline. Trust me - I was disciplined. LOL

*Are you a hugger or a non-hugger? Why?

I am a hugger indeed! My parents always hugged and hugged us kids just leaving the house even. So hugging was a automatic. My wife had not had that experience in her cultural background with her parents so it was a interesting transition when I first got married. But, yes a hugger still today and a romantic as well. Did you hear that Karen? LOL...:).

*Are you more likely to engage in conflict or meet it head on?

Meet it head-on. To be honest I say this simply because of what the Lord has given me. I was even well trained in my divorce she asked for, because she would lie about me and I learned to not fight the right and wrong answers but rather to fight to stand in victory spiritually instead facing it head-on in Christ in peace over time. God changed my Character during those days immensely, and I feel now nothing can knock me off center in Christ if I lasted thru that.

*Are you a leader or a follower? How do you know?

I am both to be honest. I can follow and I can lead. I have had a godly mentor coach in my life in my church and a earthen father who I looked up to and followed because he was a godly man as was my grandfather as well. I respectfully followed their lead in my life - but there are times I can take the reigns as well and lead as God affords such opportunities for me to do so. If I were to sit behind only one decision over the other, for the sake of a interesting conversation here, I would say Leader. And the reason is God has made me an excellent follower first and gave me purpose behind what His will would be in me being a leader of sorts for His name sake.

We can't have fellowship and Church without singing and worship Praise His Name! I have heard Him call my name! I hear Him calling your name! I have heard the song that we sing - I hear the call to take me off the shore into His grace! Make us Brave Lord - Make us Yours Lord! Make us to love one another rightly so I pray! Crash over us I pray - for You are for us not against us! You make us brave and call us out from the shore to the waves - let us share in Your sufferings for Your purposes and intentions and give us Your grace as we do so in a love relationship with You! We love You Lord! I praise You God! I am Yours Almighty Father - I am Yours! Take me! Make me! and use me to exhaustion once again this day! For I delight in Your will. It is well with me Lord!

*How often do you get a haircut? Describe your worst haircut.
This is not going to be what you had in mind. My worst haircut would have to be when I was going through chemo. They went and cut off most of my hair with an electric razor, because hair falling out was driving me crazy. However, this left a bunch of tiny pieces of hair still attached, so when I laid down and they started to fall out, it would feel like a bunch of needles stabbing my head.

*What’s the story behind a time when you got locked out?
I don't remember ever being locked out, I always have a spare key on me. I was once at college when a friend showed up late, because he had been locked out of his apartment. His roommate climbed in through a window to get back in. I ended up seeing that their backdoor was left unlocked the entire time and when they were at classes.

*Have you ever been left anywhere by a parent, or a group you were with and
what went through your mind when you realized you were left behind?
I don't remember ever being left behind.

*When was the last time you sat on a park bench for more than ten minutes? Describe the occasion.
It was probably 15 to 20 years ago. Church was being held in that park.

*Are you a hugger or a non-hugger? Why?
Non-hugger. I am just not a big fan of hugging.
*Are you more likely to engage in conflict or meet it head on?
I tend to try to find a solution and deal with the problem.

*Are you a leader or a follower? How do you know?
Leader, I am never doing something just because someone else is. I have always been told by others that I am a natural leader and tend to guide others to do their best.

*How often do you get a haircut? Describe your worst haircut.
I used to cut my hair before but i stopped when i got to my final class... my worst haircut would be when i cut it too low and gave it a round shape and some parts were lower than others.
*What’s the story behind a time when you got locked out?
Never got locked out... i'm a good girl and i ain't allowed to go peoples houses.
*Have you ever been left anywhere by a parent, or a group you were with and
what went through your mind when you realized you were left behind?
Nope... never happened.. my mum is always careful with us... and my grandparents only did it once when we asked to be left behind.

*When was the last time you sat on a park bench for more than ten minutes? Describe the occasion.
We don't have parks here but the last time i sat on a bench for ore than 10 minutes was in my mum's school when i was feeling lonely and depressed and wanted time to think and cry... i still do it sometimes but not on benches.

*Are you a hugger or a non-hugger? Why?
HUGGEERRR!! I just love hugs so much, it helps when i'm down... when i meet a friend i haven't seen in a while.... and just for hugs sake. LOL

*Are you more likely to engage in conflict or meet it head on?
Engage in a conflict and when i see it's going no where... walk away after probably some insults...... back then. lol

*Are you a leader or a follower? How do you know?
I'm a little bit of both.... I'm a leader because i know i was born to be one and when i so rarely often lad, all ends well.... and also cuz i hate or rather i'm not usually comfortable following others lead... maybe that's being strongheaded and stubborn but whatever... i'm a follower because i am rarely picked or listened to... Most times i feel like i'm invisible but i've lost that feeling now. :)

So I went to the store today and some kid jumped into a shelf full of paper towels. The mother and brother were standing there wondering what happened to him, but he looked like he was taking a nap on the paper towel packages.

My scripture for today is:

Romans 15:1

We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak and not to please ourselves.
