First, yes, you took Matthew 18:6 out of context, but I think it shows a distinction that children must be protected, and I think that's sort of more what you mean, no? Take special care of orphans and widows etc.

Regarding the Central American migrant caravans, some facts seem to be in order, from more reliable sources than I'm seeing above.

I don't have a political axe to grind here, just looking to clarify some of this. It's an important issue, imho.

But the proper procedure would be this:

This whole issue about babies and mothers would not even arise if the existing immigration laws were strictly applied. Illegal immigrants are essentially law-breakers -- criminals -- whether they bring little children to garner sympathy or not. If someone can be imprisoned for a few grams of narcotics, then why should illegals be given privileges over legal immigrants?

Also, the Central American countries have billions of narco-dollars. Which means that all their citizens could be looked after if they wished to look after them. There must be ways and means to convince them to do the right thing.

You don't seem to know what's going on, tantamount to cranial silica entombment, so I won't address most of what you said. But what I bolded and underlined above is exceptionally dim viewed. These issues still exist around the world, and it is still on Christians to do something about it, no matter where around the world we find it.

Your first paragraph is correct completely, I quoted Matt 18:6 because it was fresh in my mind from another post and you did understand the point I was trying to make. I agree with everything you said except, I tried to look up cranial silica entombment in my Langenscheidt medical dictionary, I you are trying to say I have my head in the sand you may be 1/2 right because I only know what I see on You tube and I don't watch Fox.
