I have talked to thousands of men and women regarding this topic over the years. For the longest time I thought Christian women wanted the sweetest, most accommodating guy they could find. My observation has taught me worldly women want someone fun, masculine, relaxed, essentially the cool cat. But, what are your observations? Has anything changed in the past 20 years or is that just my imagination?

Good question.

As woman in my view what woman see in a christian man is comfortable feeling.

Like me, when iam with him n talking, we can be good friends. Good friends mean hearing each other, can cooperate n support each other and when theres disaggreement we can speak n listening each others left behind the ego, respecting each other as two different personality n accept the difference as a person in whole coz no one is perfect :)

When we are looking someone speacially if we want to look a partner means we want to look a good friend that will accompany n sharing good n bad times together sharing laughter n tears together.

Blessing

The problem with these questions is they are too broad. Each person is different and wants different things.
Some people are good at knowing what they want while others think they want one thing but often choose differently.

Really it's a largely irrelevant (and too frequently asked here) question because even if you do determine any answers your answers will A) be skewed by a limited variety of people, and B) since not all women are the same you can't treat all women under the same belief.
Just treat people on an individual basis because blanket concepts about people are meaningless.

Well, I'm asking anyway. It's broad and that's good. But I disagree, it's not all relative as if one woman thinks like a dolphin and another like an aardvark. The fact is human nature does have some constants because God himself program those In the others exist because the fall of Man.

Well when you can put 10 women in a room and they all give identical answers then you may be at the start of something. But this false belief that blanket statements are correct statements will fail you.
We see all sorts of questions like this on the site and every time there are a multitude of answers from the variety of women. That contradictions your false belief.

And thanks for letting me know you're going to ask anyways. Since it's already been posted I wasn't sure. Keep that logic up, it's helped you so far.

PS if you're going to ask people opinions you may want to grow up enough to hear the responses without having a tantrum. Thanks for showing your character flaws early.

Wow, are you insane!? My character flaws? Who do you think you are? Why don't you go back to Facebook where your ego is welcome and your know it all attitude are common. I asked the question on this post in order to spot patterns and fellowship with other believers and offer insight and encouragement. And I don't hide my identity like you!

We want a guy who makes a lot of money and who is really really handsome.

Hmm... I think we Christian women want all of those things...except maybe not too accommodating. He needs to take the reins in the relationship...otherwise it puts too much stress on us women.
So we want a guy who is sweet and kind but also fun, masculine, and relaxed. At least I do...but I think most Christian women would agree with me.

I listened to a sociology professor on YouTube last year, I can't remember his name. It was a lecture. He stated that women will say they want a man who is seen as sensitive, caring, and agreeable. But women actually are sexually attracted to men who show aggressive traits. The empathetic guy gets friend zoned. The masculine, aggressive guy gets to reproduce.

Thats nature for you bro. Nice guys do finish last. But there is a balance though, you can be a gentleman but not a doormat. The key is the balance

I have no nature. I'm just repeating what a sociology professor was professing. I would think there is something to it, the nice guy getting friend zoned is cliche now. They write books, make shows and films about it these days.

I would think aggressive traits, in athletics, career, and romance, shows a person who is more able to survive in this cold, cruel world.

I agree with this assessment as well in most cases. What is fascinating to me is tv and movies portray aggressive guy results given to the nice guy. So we think we are 'doing it wrong' when we don't get glittering results. Part of the emasculation of men in the west. Unfortunately there is a false alpha, a man with no self control, a criminal at heart who gets a lot of attention these days it seems. That type is risky, edgy, and I suppose till po-po puts cuffs on her too, fun? There are more colorful names I don't feel led to type for that kind of man.

What do christian women really want in a man?

Uh...

Nobody has ever figured that out. Men don't have a clue about this and even the women themselves can't tell you. When they get what they SAY they want, they want something different. If they get different, they want something else.

What do christian women really want in a man? Same thing as all the other women - whatever they don't have.

Well, firstly I’d prefer a Christian man who’s after Gods own heart.

From there, I’d have to trust God that this God fearing man would ideally have the qualities I’m looking for, e.g a leader, wise, funny, family orientated, loving, honest, etc but most of all would love God and put Him before anything and everyone else.

Not sure if anything’s changed in the last 20 years, perhaps by what the secular “ideal” woman or man would be in today’s society via social media, entertainment, hollywood etc but, I’m not part of this world as Paul the Apostle would say lol.
