Typo intended or accidental? Either way it looks awfully suspicious...
My phone is a butthole. It changes words on it's own, and I don't know how to change that setting, or I'm too lazy to change it.

While Christians are delaying marriage, and ultimately, giving up reproduction, by trying to find the perfect formula for a lasting relationship; the Islamist are avenging over 8 children per couple.
I think a lot of people from my generation just don't care to have kids. It is a lot of work and you basically have to give up your life, hobbies, fulfillment, and pleasure for your kids. My mother has always told me "once you have kids...you will always be second, even when they are grown. If there is only enough money for one meal, your kid eats and you don't." Some of us are not ready and never will be for that kind of self sacrifice. I don't think people popping out a bunch of kids is wise. :p

Also on the bold part...don't you agree that people should really be careful with who they have children with? I mean I know you yourself have said children really suffer when their parents don't stay together. It is very hard to find someone to marry and someone who will stick through marriage thick and thin. Maybe that is a reason so many are not having kids.

And Muslims stay married because they have their women at a low degree. Most of those women don't work and cannot support themselves so they feel they have to stay married. That's probably why they have more kids.

"Be fruitful and multiply" must be in the Koran.

My counsel is that if you want children it is best to get married early, say somewhere between 22 and 28. As far as your spouse is concerned I would say that it depends on the age. If you're 18 you probably shouldn't marry someone who is 28 but if you're 38 then maybe a 10 year difference is not that big of deal. As for myself, I married close to my age so that we have something in common as we grew up with the same music, TV shows, current events and stuff like that. Also, the maturity level of both parties is closer than it would be for the 18 year old marrying the 28 year old.
