Words can hurt
Words can heal
Words can change how a person feels
Saying whats on your mind can be find,
just remember to say words that are kind

This was a poem I wrote back in 2014 wanted to share it with this verse.

Ephesians 4:29
29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
