we don't 'boil-beets' for our 'power-drinks', although we sometimes 'air-cook' them for the best benefits,
don't have to peal...
but, they are an awesome benefit when put in an air oven - so tender, sweet, and beneficial...
do the research...
When you all say 'beets', do you mean beetroot?

You can thank Body Builders for that. They'd just lift weights pyramid style till their muscles started twitching, then guzzle a huge high protein soothie to feed the muscle fatigue. That's where the banannas came from [amino acids] which led to berries for taste. Thank Arnold

Hi
I've just bought a blender. Any good recipes for smoothies. Not just healthy but tasty too?:p
Green Smoothie
1 large banana
5 to 7 ice cubes
1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup cold water

This is important: pour into a clear glass, top with a small spinach leaf with a raspberry on top, and insert a fancy straw- because presentation is important. Sight and scent go along with flavor, and you're worth it, so add the final touches for yourself. 😊
