I'm sure they'll have something to say about that charge. Why would you say such a thing when there is no cause to say such a thing?
can you please clarify what you mean when you say this ...
Then I would stop promoting the falsehood that man's will is stronger than God. And that there is no such thing as eternal irrevocable salvation.

like, why would you say that there's no such thing as eternal irrevocable salvation?

and no, this is not a charge, or anything, I just saw this post made by dcon ...
Your Jesus must be a weak inept liar....

Mine...

Saves to the uttermost
Gives the IRREVOCABLE gift of ETERNAL life NOT temporal
Mine Initiates, Finishes and Completes the work of faith he BEGINS
Mine leaves the 99 to find the "SHEEP" that wanders away <--not goat
Mine seals me UNTO the day of redemption
MINE KEEPS me by HIS power through FAITH "SEE above INITIATED FAITH"
MINE states NOTHING can separate me FROM his LOVE
MINE Has GRACE that OUTBOUNDS my sins and preemptively covers me
MINE said that when he sees the BLOOD he will pass over me
MINE has taken ALL my sin and imputed HIS righteouness by faith "SEE above INITIATED FAITH"
MINE justifies me by HIS FAITH
MINE said that even if we believe NOT after belief HE abides FAITHFUL because he cannot deny himself
MINE has me in HIS hand and in the HEAVENLY FATHER's HAND and NO man can yank me from that position
MINE Justifies e eternally
MINE Sanctifies me ETERNALLY

What a weak, ineffectual god you serve.........and ALL who devalue his promises and power WILL PAY THE PRICE.......

I have not said there is no such thing as eternal salvation.

I was responding to this post that is attempting to say that:
Thee condition for salvation is to believe.

I guess you don’t understand that.

Now that your understanding of the condition for salvation has been enlightened, please repent of promoting Heresy among God’s children.

19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Galatians 5:19-21

Those Christian’s who practice promoting heresies will not inherit the kingdom of God.

If there is no condition to believe the Gospel for salvation, then that means you are promoting Universal Reconciliation.

I believe that those who are in Christ are free from the law that says if you sin you will die.
I believe that too. That's why you need to stay in Christ where you are safe from the eternal penalty for your sins. Venture outside the house of Christ in unbelief and you lose the protection of Christ who is the Passover sacrifice for your sins.

"slaughter the Passover lamb. 22 ...put some of the blood (of the Passover Lamb) on the top and on both sides of the door frame. None of you shall go out of the door of your house until morning."-Exodus 12:21-22

"Christ is faithful as the Son over God’s house. And we are his (God's) house, if indeed we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope in which we glory."-Hebrews 3:6

You appear to be saying that if those in grace sin, they are out of grace until they repent, this process could go on repeatedly , in and out, in and out. This is what some have called yo-yo salvation; not to reassuring if you die before you repent.
No such thing as yo-yo salvation. Once you forfeit it by going back to the world in unbelief (and God turns you over to that unbelief) you can't get it back, it's gone forever. Then all you have left to look forward to is the wrath of God that your faith in Christ you used to have protected you from.

No, no, no, no. It is impolite to manufacture your own post from your own imagination and ascribe those thoughts to someone else and then criticize them.

So you admit to creating your own dialog and criticizing it using my name and things I have never actually said.
And then you ask me to please stop noticing that predilection in your posts.
You know they say that the definition of insanity is not talking, or writing in this case, to yourself. Rather it is insanity when talking , or writing in this case, to yourself and then arguing with yourself.

God be with you.

the better question is, what did God do to grant us salvation?
he died on the cross for our sins,

what did we do? nothing but, "thank you Jesus"

If you believe that Salvation is conditional then say and state the condition.

If not then my post stands and is attributed to those who promo the idea that Salvation is unconditional.

To repent as comforting oneself is the power of God. When men attribute repenting to themselves they abuse the power of God we have in the earth vessels as bodies of death. as in all cases God must do the works work of His faith as a labor of His love.
We have the power in us but are never to assume it could be of us.

2 Corinthians 4:7But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

Only those who are freely given the faith of Christ that comes from hearing God can obey. The faith to believe God 's grace is not of ourselves lest any person boast in the imaginations of their own hearts (no faith)

Mr. garee, I want to see how you can crack this hard problem in our spiritual walk ...

for those who surrendered, anything less than the presence of God will offends like blasphemy

for those who haven't the idea of surrendering can be as scary as offering one's body to the flames (1 Cor 13:3)

with this knowledge as both can step in each other's shoes, how can those who surrendered, lead those who haven't?

Amen.

The faith to believe?

Faith is what comes to us by hearing God speak to us.

Believing is our part, our response and is the condition for salvation.

The biblical word believe, has a more dynamic meaning than our meeting fern cultural definition does.

Believe = Trust and commit to obey.

We can believe we must turn to God and confess Jesus as our Lord, but if we don’t actually confess Him as Lord, then we don’t really believe.

Unbelief and disobedience are the same Greek word.

If you would have said the grace to believe, then I would have said amen.

  • purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit

Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, 23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, 1 Peter 1:22-23

This is the grace part of salvation, as Paul said in Romans -

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes...
Romans 1:16

  • it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes..

The grace is the Holy Spirit, the power of God unto salvation that empowers us to obey; to believe.

To help us to do what we could not do, apart from it.

"Those Christian’s who practice promoting heresies will not inherit the kingdom of God." Amen!

But first they'll answer to God as to why they believed his irrevocable gift was no gift at all. But something the recipient had to labor for in order to retain their Salvation from him.
That's what revocable salvation is about. The proposal that we have to save ourselves from losing God's irrevocable gift through his grace.

This type thread will go on for ages. Each side arguing back and forth. It serves to show why 2000+ years later the body of Christ is divided by the ideas of men. Egocentrism in particular. Thinking we are in the equation when it comes to the bestowal of salvation. That we have to labor to please God through obedience for him to reciprocate and let us keep the gift his only begotten son died to bring to those for whom the good news resonates.

It's absurd to think God is so weak that he doesn't just give Salvation to us like he said he did. He expects us now to work to keep it. When prior to Jesus it was a fact we could never work to be saved. But now that Salvation is available, we have to labor to remain saved. So much for the free irrevocable gift of God's grace.

I think people who tread tender footedly and feel insecure in their belief that they're eternally saved are entitled to live that way. When Jesus and God can't clearly spell out what Salvation is, what chance do I have to change those type folks mind?

Happy trails.

Again. No scripture.
