The angels that did not rebel against God when Lucifer rebelled against God no longer have a choice, but only can see the ways of God and can never rebel, the same as the saints when they are with Jesus they will no longer have a choice, but can only see the ways of God, which to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
Col 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind.
We are not to worship angels, or reverence them, which some people like to do that and believe in a God thinking the angels are something special above people, and also all worship, and reverence goes to God, and the new age movement reverences angels as something special, which the Bible warns us of the new age movement at the latter times, which interpret the Bible according to evolution, and people can still evolve to be greater, and are waiting for the New Age Christ to appear to cause them to evolve to be greater, and spiritual, and he is the final teacher in the evolutionary process, and they will be like the man Jesus an ascended master and avatar(1 Timothy 4:1-5,2 Timothy 4:2-4).
The new age movement is the beginning of the end and will lead the world in to rebelling against God in which God will end this sin business on earth, in which Alice Bailey who laid the foundation of the new age movement although she liked teachers before her like Madam Blavatsky who said Satan is both God and the devil, that look at the Bible according to an occult interpretation, believed that Lucifer is a solar angel, and did not fall in to sin and disgrace, but ascended from Venus to Earth years ago to being the principle of mind to the then animal-man, and will appear in the future to cause all who follow him to evolve to be spiritual, and she wrote years ago of the coming one world government, religious system which will be based on evolution, and that is religion, and spirituality, and the time they will not endure the truth of the Bible, but according to their own lusts, power through nature to evolve, and the coming New Age Christ.
The fallen angels will work in the world at the latter times, especially during the last 7 years, that they never could work before, for God is allowing the people that do not love Him to follow the beast kingdom in Revelation so He can end this sin business on earth.

Rom 4:17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
Heb 4:3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Jesus is the firstborn of all creatures, and the beginning of the creation of God, although He was not born until 4000 years later, because God calls things that have not happened yet, as though they already happened.
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the plan of God to come in the future in flesh, and that plan was with God before He laid down the foundation of the world, and that plan was God manifest in the flesh.
Joh 1:2 That plan was with God before He started creation.
Joh 1:3 All things were created with the plan of God to come in the future in flesh, and without that plan God would of not created anything that He created, for Jesus is the reason creation is successful, eternal life, and to judge the wicked both angels and people.
It was all made for people and the angels assist in that salvation, and to help people, for God manifest in the flesh is the first plan God had before He started creation, which Jesus is God, but He is also human.
Heb 1:13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
The angels are ministering spirits to the saints.
1Co 11:10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels(to show her authority above the angels).
1Pe 1:12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.
The angels desire to look into the salvation of the saints, for the saints will have a higher position than that of the angels in heaven, for they will have a glorified body like the man Christ Jesus' glorified body, which is God's glorified body, the visible image to the saints, and rule with Christ in the millennial reign, a privilege the angels will never have, and it was all made for people.
An angel might be mightier than a saint dwelling in flesh, which Jesus was made a little lower than the angels because of His flesh, but the angels would not want to tangle with a saint when they receive their glorified body.
So why worship, or reverence angels, when a saint is actually greater than them.
Heb 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
The only way a person can entertain an angel is if they can see them, so they must appear in flesh to help people.
