Homemade Play Dough [Cooked] For play….Not eating

2 c. flour
2 c. water with food coloring added
2 c. salt
4 tsp. Cream of tartar
4 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 wooden spoon
All types of fun cookie cutters and your imagination

Mix together, cook over medium heat. Keep stirring until doughy,
not sticky. Take off heat and knead dough on wax paper. Keep
in air-tight container for months.
This is super easy to make and kids love to play with it!
You can sprinkle cinnamon in it while kneading to make it smell better,
but remember, don't let the kids eat it lol.

Actually, in my youth I did much on real Play Doh. I preferred the red but the yellow wasn't half bad either. :)
