Hi does anyone have any good ideas about how to quickly get back to sleep.
Most nights I have to get up to check on my elderly aunt, make her a drink,
change her etc. Usually around 2-3am each morning.
But then I can’t get back to sleep straight away. It means that my average sleep is around
5-6 hours broken sleep each night and often less.
Sometimes I come on CC for a bit if I can’t get back to sleep
as I find staring at the screen reading, makes my
sleepy (contrary to what they say about screen time).
I’m just tired out. Any ideas about how to go back to sleep.
I’ve tried over the counter herbal and anti histamine style sleeping
tablets but the herbal kind don’t work and the others just leave more feeling groggy.
