I have feeling people on other threads are getting sick of my constant depression so Im gonna start a new thread. Just random whatever you want to talk about or blow steam it doesn't matter enjoy.

While some may be able to greatly reduce or extinguish depression with lifestyle changes, many cannot.
And stress accompanies depression so there is no separation.
Also strong enough stress over time can cause depression. So the notion that it's an eaither or option doesn't make sense.

Also how does an anti-inflammatory pain medication help stress?

Wine seems very different than distilled spirits and beer.
Less likely to cause a problem in moderation.
has resveratrol too.

I get stressed at work a lot, happy to leave but only to find myself in congested Florida traffic.

Ah :3 I know the feeling care to explain?
On top of other things my doctor has not given a refill for my prescriptions since Monday. I'm now out (on some) and it's the weekend. His own nurses don't even understand. The pharmacy has sent multiple requests. My file has been tagged as urgent. I even called the hospitals complaint department. Now I go, at least, the whole weekend and who knows how much longer.
Grrr.
On a good note I did have pizza for dinner. I've been craving it for weeks.

Just need to move to a smaller area. Traffic where I am, even when its "heavy" most people think is nothing.

I know the feeling before heart surgery I took 13 pills in the morning and 6 at night today I got some bad news that my bank changed companies and if I don't have 200 at least in bank at the end of the month i get charged! not helping any really. And my sister just freaked out on me so my family and bank are not helping the now frequent suicidal thoughts lol So here I am trying to cool down :3

I lived in Maine for 8 years and compared to Florida their 'traffic' is almost non-existent yet the local life-long residents complain. I lived in Orlando for over 20 years and currently reside in Clearwater that is wedged in between Tampa and St. Petersburg. Traffic was worse in Orlando though but still can be bad here depending on rush hour. Just the metro area alone where I live has over 4 times the population of the entire state of Maine.
