RickDeckard,

If instead of lashing out at everyone, you'd simply say, "Hey, I'm having a tough time meeting a nice Christian girl" you'd make it much easier for people to sympathize with you.

If you're just lashing out at everyone, then you're just CREATING conflict.
You are IN conflict here because you are CREATING it.

Its sad that without a partner people are treated like lower class citizens.
I agree that especially when u r a christian, its always either expected to have everything and be happy or have nothing and br happy..
Thr democrats approach is always the same 2.
If u have everything u are a hiprocret. If u have nothing or lack something “ur own fault go get some“
Dont let people drag you down. Let God guide you and deliver you of the bondage and step into a fulfiled life with wisdom and peace instead of torment and pain
Lots of love and prayer to u
Thank you.

Have you noticed here though too that there is more focus on the false teachings of man pursuing women … and NO suggestions of where to actually MEET a woman???

It's because False Teachers don't have any answers.

YES!!! That is my point! A man finds a wife that he is NOT looking for. Therefore, you are taking that verse out of its context. The woman crosses his path. The woman makes herself known to him. The woman shows him desire. And then the man responds.

If she doesn't do this, the man carries on about his day. You know it, and I know it.

Assuming you are a decent person, you have NEVER gone up and "cold approached" some random woman like a nut; instead, she smiled at you and invited you to have a conversation. Millennial women don't do this! They have accepted the feminist lie that "hard-to-get" works, and it just simply doesn't.

EVERY woman you have ever been interested in, you fell like this: you started off as friends. Then at some point, she blurred the lines between friendship and interest. Because of those blurred lines, you started to wonder about her and her intentions. And through that wonder, you developed feelings.

That is how it works. That is how it has always worked.

A woman initiates, the man responds.
I've talked to women first many times......maybe make a joke, or help jer with something, or just give her a compliment, or smile at her lol like it's not necessarily hard to do, just uncomfortable

"Lashing out".

LOL. Dude. Go to church tomorrow, if you can. Look at all the empty pews. Notice the lack of youth present. And acknowledge the hand you have played in that.

No because in marriage men are to represent christ and women the church, thats why they submit to us and why we lead. The work thing is a thing but i dont plan on working on sundays.
Huh
Paul said men love your wives AS Christ loved the church.
The church is the whole body of Christ. Not just the men or woman.
Woman are the mans helper. Submitting is taken out of context too. The man is to be the head and not a dictator. Which only works with the of God. The woman submits in letting the man be and stay the head and not playing a jezebel

SIGH. WE pursue Christ … WE are his bride. Therefore, it is assumed that women pursue men, as marriage is to be the symbol for Christ and the church. Jesus does not want a non-reciprocal Bride; he wants repentance and submission.

And this isn't even correct theology.

Christ made ALL of the "first moves" in our relationship to him.

Christ seeks us
Mat 18:12 What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray?
Mat 18:13 And if he finds it, truly, I say to you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine that never went astray.
Mat 18:14 So it is not the will of my Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.

God draws us... when we do come to him, it isn't without him FIRST taking interest in us, and acting toward us.
John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Christ acted toward us before we even knew him... while we were yet sinners
Rom 5:8 but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Christ LOVED US FIRST
1John 4:19 We love because he first loved us.

You THINK you'll have many choices in life that you won't have. I thought I was going to be an NFL Wide Receiver; I had the speed, the hands, the strength, but not the height … and well, guess what?

You don't have a choice of when you work; they place you where they place you.

You really can't; I truly go months at a time without seeing another woman. I work in a heavily male field. I have returned to school, but at 29 and wishing to be equally yoked … I want someone my own age and not of the next generation. And young people aren't attending church at all, due to work constraints.

The point is, the people who insist that it is a man's job to pursue women act as if there are countless places where women are rowed up and waiting ...

Yet they can't list a single one ...

That is another example of you "lashing out", and "blaming everyone else."

You can't even respond to my accusation without proving my accusation.

Blah, blah, blah. We get it dude. You want to be a woman, it's okay. I think Target will let you use the opposite bathroom.

You STILL don't have an answer on where to "pursue" such lovely ladies ... after all, they are supposedly "every where", right?

You have ranted on and on about stereotypical millennial girls.

But the stereotypical millennial, that you complain about, is someone who whines about their problems, and blames everyone else.
And that is exactly what YOU are doing.
YOU are acting exactly like the stereotypical millennial you claim to be angry at!

"Can't Handle a Strong, Independent Woman"
Eeehm... and why should he?

But I think that single women have a worse situation. In some churches a single girl/woman is seen as like something is wrong with her, which is so unbiblical that it cannot be more false.

At least, in my country.

RickDeckard: none of the statements you made about church fit the church I attend. Not a single one. I know some churches that fit some of the statements you made, but those churches are in the minority here in Southwest Tennessee.

I do not mention this in an effort to get you to move here... Although I do think it would be a good idea, as this is a pretty good place to live... But to request you be careful when you are making statements that broad-brush Christian churches.

About dating and finding a spouse and all that marriage stuff... Really man, it's not as important as you are making it out to be. It's certainly not worth getting all upset over inequality and getting high blood pressure about. Cool off, live life and see what it brings. It might bring you a wife... It might not. But don't get so focused on this one aspect of life that you let it make you bitter about all the rest of life.
