Although the Holy Spirit didn’t come to earth until after Jesus ascended into heaven, did Jesus have the comfort of the Holy Spirit as a member of the Trinity? Passages note His communion with His Father, but I didn’t notice any about being comforted by the Spirit. Any thoughts?

Read the account of when He was in the Garden praying before His crucifixion. That should help.

God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit have ALL been here SINCE the BEGINNING......They are the Holy Trinity.

Matthew 3:15) And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. 16) And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: 17) And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Luke 3:21) Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, 22) And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

Luke 22:42) Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.
43) And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. 44) And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

Luke 4:1) And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,
2) Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.

..............

13) And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season. 14) And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.

Hope this helps

Jesus did not concern Himself with being in human form., yet He was aware of all…...
He remained in human form until He suffered and died for each one of us, for our sins, though He, Himself, was guilty of none.

Because He knew all, even His fate, He must have had the understanding and all gifts of the Holy Spirit, so it seems He was in the Spirit, but He died for us as a mere human being…….the Father raised Him making Him the firstborn the dead………..in faith we follow Him

He was changed to His glorified Body after His resurrection…….just as all will be, but He is God..do not say you understand this, just believe it…...I say the same, amen
