Where in the bible does it state "The One" The people would not say God as it was to holy. I have seem it before but can't find it now.

Maybe you are referring to this scripture, where some demons are aware of who Christ is.

Mark 1:24 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.
