Just because a man wants to kill me to test my faith or the lack of it, doesn't give him the right to. There are laws against that. Just as I would try and stop him, I would want to stop the one entering a church to do mass killings.

What a terrorist like that wants first of all is 'gun free zones'. Which translates to him, 'easy prey'. I have known of churches here where the pastor even carries.

I am a Christian, not a pacifist. I don't worry about people's attitude of me concerning a lack of faith for defending myself. The Christians who founded this country would never have done it with a pacifist attitude. It took guns and Bibles.

In other words, an idiot with a gun who steps in the Church and murders a bunch of people does not create martyrs. He created victims.

:)I agree with you again but the question I posed Is just me wondering about Christians fearing death to the point of loving this present world.

God has put it in us to desire to live. We never get rid of that. When your young you hate seeing your older family die and leave you. When your old you hate to leave your younger family behind. I don't believe that is loving the present world. It is just natural.

The Christian has the greatest reason not to fear death. But that doesn't mean he goes looking for it. And with all that is in me to want to survive, I will use.

This is british israelism isnt it?

As a true jew, im officially offended! Where can I file a complaint? :D
I am of the bloodline of Judah also, but I also know that God keeps track of people whether they do or not. It is not against God for Christians to defend themselves. When Christ comes back, we will find out He is no pacifist.

Yes,GOD looks at the motivation.
:)there Is a difference between killing someone and murdering someone.
Really ???
Just thinking about doing it makes us guilty murderers , the same as if we had already done the act .

The answer , surrender your life and will to God and live a life inspired by such surrender continually , and eventually , as the result of regeneration , you won't even think about killing or hating anyone .

I disagree that just thinking about It makes us murderers. No one can judge a mans thoughts but GOD.If the person takes someone’s life In order to protect someone that’s Innocent that would be killing but If a person takes someone’s life out of anger IMO that’s murder.

Yup that would be adding to the word that it doesn't say, sure it says that about adultery but we can't apply that to everything.

Then perhaps you disagree with God's Word:

"Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." - 1 John 3:15.

Your not understanding the verses, it don't say if anybody thinks of it and as well angry (without a cause) then one shall be in danger and as well it says if anyone (shall say) not (think).

21Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: 22But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

I think if a person hates they are beyond the thinking stage but speaks out of their heart.
