Hey brothers and sisters, so much of my mental and emotional stress comes from not keeping my identity rooted in Him. I think that I get in my head and fret about stuff that just doesn't matter, or even stuff that does because I'm not remembering to whom I belong. I don't want to be self centered, I want to be Him centered. I want to trust Him, to love Him and others sincerely and selflessly, extending more mercy.

So please in this world of uncertainty and struggle, where there is so much hurt and need, please will you pray for this Sister to keep my eyes on Him, helping me to lay down unnecessary burden due to a weakened mindset outside of Him. This is far too transparent, embarrassing in fact, but I appreciate the prayers for strength of character, rooted in a non swaying identity in Him alone.

God Bless you and yours, Brothers and Sisters.

What you stated can apply to any of us. If we are all honest we all want the same
thing too! Anyone who says they have finally made it, are either dead and
living in eternity or they don’t really understand what we are talking about. Lol

Maybe we can turn this into a joint thread for the whole of CC! 👍

Miri, thank you, You have honored me, I definitely would like and appreciate feedback from others on this matter. What they do and their journey with regards to identity in Him, alone. I am glad to know others think on these things too. I think there is strength, His, in transparency of our weakness. So thank you!!!! God Bless you, sister.

I was going to post it in the regular forums, but I thought it comes across needy or attention seeking. It is nice to see that you read it with mercy and understanding. Again, thank you.
