You missed the point: The reason they don't associate is because they believe in and practice what they derogatorily refer to as "Gospel means" ministry. That is why they "don't associate."
Explain "gospel means".

I agree that His sheep are God’s elect and He calls them by name. But the gospel is the means by which His sheep are saved. But God speaks to us via His word. No one is saved without it.

God does not save His people without them knowing that Jesus came and died for them my friend.
Where do you put all of those people that lived and died before the gospel was ever preached?

It's your PB sectarian terminology, you want me to tell you what it means?
Get off of your high horse and come down to my level. This is not the first question I have ask you that you haven given an evasive answer. Matt 11:25 - I thank thee O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou has hidden these things from the wise and prudent, and has revealed them unto babes.

It's apparent FGC just makes up what others believe, puts words in their mouths, refuses to address texts. Not an honest discussion on his part unfortunately.

So, you are saying that all of the old testament saints were not saved?
They were saved the same way as we are today my friend, it is by grace through faith. Considering faith comes from the word of God, they had the word of God. Even Jesus said the OT scriptures testify of Him.

@ForestGreenCook who are these verses referring to?

Deuteronomy 18:15,18
Psalm 22
Isaiah chapters 10 & 53

The Jews believed in Him via the word of God.

Yes, I believe that the old testament saints were regenerated (Eph 2:5) the same as the new testament, however, Eph 2:8, through FAITH is not our faith, but the faithfulness of Jesus submitting himself to the cross. We are justified by the faith Of Jesus Christ (Gal 2:16). Faith is a fruit of the Spirit. No regeneration, No Spirit, No faith.

They were not saved as we are today after the cross. It took Jesus death to pay the price of sin. Once that was accomplished those who lived by faith went to heaven with Jesus. The saw our inherence from a distance.

There you go, making false accusations. If I have not addressed your scriptures, it is an oversight on my part. It fails to become a discussion if we both do not address each others scriptures. We should back up our remarks with scripture. You do a lot of false remarking without scripture back up.

I believe that everyone that he died for is going to heaven (John 6:39) without the lose of even one, whether they lived by faith or not. All who are going to heaven was covered by Jesus's death on the cross. His death for the sins of God's elect flowed back to cover the old testament saints and flows forward to cover the last of his elect that will be born into this world by natural birth. and then is when Jesus will come back to gather his elect and take them home.

That is flat out untrue my friend. No where does it say this.

Now that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident; for, “The righteous man shall live by faith.”(Gal. 3:11)

“Behold, as for the proud one, His soul is not right within him; But the righteous will live by his faith.”(Hab. 2:4)

For in it the righteousness of God is revealed [a]from faith to faith; as it is written, “[b]But the righteous man shall live by faith.”(Rom. 1:17)

But My righteous one shall live by faith; And if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him.(Heb. 10:38)

The just(a righteous) person will live by faith.
