I agree, and I might add: Our salvation will not be complete until we are raised immortalized and glorified.

well that is the idea. God keeps on 'saving' us until it is complete

salvation is the whole package

This is about as lame an excuse for mocking the KJB as any. The Apocrypha had been incorporated into the Septuagint (c 200 BC), and then into the Latin Vulgate (c 400 AD). But at the time of the Reformation, the Reformers recognized that it was not Scripture.

III. The books commonly called Apocrypha, not being of divine inspiration, are no part of the canon of the Scripture, and therefore are of no authority in the Church of God, nor to be any otherwise approved, or made use of, than other human writings.
The Westminster Confession of Faith (1646 AD)

However all the English translations continued to include it within their pages, since it was believed that those books had instructive and historical value. The King James translators separated it from the OT and NT and also noted that it was not Scripture. So eventually it was removed from Protestant Bibles.
I'm not mocking the King James Bible. I'm mocking those of you who have made a idol of it.

Because Jesus was a blue-eyed blonde haired fellow from England, and hung out mostly in the Whitehall area of London. He also personally invented the language of English just so the King James version could be written. King James was just regular James back then until he got his Bible written then everybody was like hey man that's awesome James you going to be the king!

Remember people. God is not able to speak to China in their own language. Or any other language. SInce the outdates english tanslation made in the 1600’s is the ONLY modern inspired word of God.

Also. The word of the lord endures. Just not between some unknown date when the final origional was lost, until the 1600 when the almighty KJV was created.
This posts indicates that you despise the KJV.

1. Bringing China into the picture is just nonsensical deflection, then there are Chinese translations equivalent to the KJV. Indeed almost all languages have equivalent translations through the Trinitarian Bible Society.

2. Calling it "outdated" is also nonsensical, since thousands (or hundreds of thousands) still continue to use this time-tested Bible. Indeed, a recent survey indicated that it was still the most popular Bible in America.

3. No translation is "inspired", and only a lunatic fringe would claim that any translation is inspired. Inspiration applies to the original autographs.

4. No Bible is almighty since only the Lord God is almighty. OF course you said that mockingly since you really have no clue about this matter.

5. Yes, the Word of the Lord endures forever, and the way that God preserved His Word was through a MULTITUDE of copies made over 16 centuries in different parts of the world, and all in general agreement until the invention of printing. Thus the KJV was based squarely upon the traditional (received) Hebrew and Greek texts, unlike modern versions, which are based upon a handful of corrupt manuscripts (the Minority Text).

That's another false idea promoted by the enemies of the King James Bible. No one is making the Bible an idol by insisting that it is the true Word of God. That is about as absurd an accusation as any. By the same token why are some making idols out of modern versions?

This is exactly why I pretty much have ignored you for weeks now.

1. I did not bring up China, I was responding to what others had spoekn of
2. I do not dispise any translation (well maybe NLT) especially the KJV, Which is the bible which led me to christ

So I would suggest you stop trying to think you know what people think. And just take a step back before you say anything.

Not in any english bible. Already proven (the word baptizo, which off course you did not respond to because you KNOW I am right.

The english language is flawed. That alone prevents a perfect translation.

ALL languages are flawed! Although, some are more "precise" in ATTEMPTING to "pass on", or convey ideas, thoughts, and emotional delivery in written form? They ALL FAIL!! And, TERRIBLY so!

The GOOD NEWS being? There are enough "breadcrumbs", in EVERY translation, for those who diligently seek, the Kingdom of God, and His RIGHTEOUSNESS! ;)

Try again.
They also made sacrices to Baal etc. They became enamored with the gods of those they allowed to live in Israel contrary to the order given by God to kill them. They were supposed to cleanse the land when moving in to Israel. They failed to do what God commanded them to do!!!
In Isaiah 2:8 we see the land full of idols, which are described representing the love people have for the work of their hands, that which their fingers have made.
Now while some may claim these idols to represent deities in earthenware to which some people bowed down and humbled themselves to (Isaiah 2:9); we also see by the context of the whole chapter that the time in which this great idolatry is taking place is in the the end times. As such, the worship people have for the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made in Isaiah 2 is in regards to materialism. Material goods are the gods people worship today, and which were also the gods people worshiped in the past.

Isaiah 2:8 Their land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made:
9 And the mean man boweth down, and the great man humbleth himself: therefore forgive them not.

Incorrect!!
There are those who say KJV only. They ignore the flaws 400 years of language changes and the science of nature have made.

I was referring to the history books of the Old Testament. Not the prophets. Bringing in end times prophecies into what happened in Israel in Biblical times is very flawed!!

Ask them?
I have no idea.
I only worship with the Geneva Bible, the one that was chained to the pulpit at Geneva, because that's the one Jesus read.

I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?
1 Corinthians 6:5 KJV

I say, shame on you! Can it be that there isn’t one person among you wise enough to be able to settle a dispute between brothers?
1 Corinthians (1 Co) 6:5 CJB

I say this to your shame. Is it so, that there is not among you one wise man who will be able to decide between his brethren,
1 Corinthians 6:5 NASB

I say this to your shame. Can it be that there is no one among you wise enough to settle a dispute between the brothers,
1 Corinthians 6:5 ESV

I say this to put you to shame! Isn’t there even one wise man among you who will be able to settle disputes between his brethren?
1 Corinthians 6:5 TLV

I say this to your shame. Can it be that there is not one wise man among you who [is governed by integrity and] will be able and competent to decide [private disputes] between his fellow believers,
1 CORINTHIANS 6:5 AMP

We see here that regardless the translation the message is clear, that they all have the capacity to bring His revealing. I would argue that limiting ones resources in the avenue of greater understanding, or not, either way, His Grace is sufficient.

I say to Paul, well said, Brother. I think thee wise enough, thanks be to God.

Idol? Come on. I exalt the word of God. It's God's words given to us so we may know Him. You call that an idol? Idolatry is exalting one's education to think they can be the final authority on God's word.

Breadcrumbs? We're talking about God's word. Do we have the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth? Do we have a bible we can trust every word to be true? Do you have a faithful witness?

A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.

Reporting for duty...:)

So are you suggesting that because there is was a time for war, that Paul's words regarding the spiritual brethren is moot?

According to 2 Samuel 21:19, who killed Goliath?
