What surrounded the dream?
Setting?
Story?
Color or black & white?
Any dialog or conversation?
Buildings,vehicles,etc?

No setting, just a strong feeling that it was real and happening, I actually woke up because of that feeling.

Ok, sometimes God is just trying to get our attention.
I sense your dream is deeper than that.
I am seeking meaning.
Heaven knows.
My first impression is shame combined with forces to neutralize you.
Apparently you are up against forces to hinder you. Outside forces to take power( virtue) away from you.

Look around you.

Usually those type of attacks are from friends and family.
I'm just kinda hitting around it. Sometimes i stumble on to the hidden nugget.

Bless you friend.

BTW. This site has many mockers and mostly poo poos the Spirit.
So hang in there. Spit out the bones, and enjoy the fish.
If you click on their picture it gives you a ignore option.
Putting your personal experiences out there can be quite taumatic with the ridicule dished out here on the forum

I have had recurrent dreams before. If you had been feeling worried about your teeth a lot then those worries may pop up in dreams. As long as you are brushing and flushing as you should and going to the dentist each six months or however often recommended for you, then you should be fine.

you ask if anyone has the gift of interpreting dreams, but you are making reference to Old Testament scripture...like Joseph for example

dream interpreting is not listed under the spiritual gifts in the New Testament, probably because every believer now can go directly to God and ask what's going on

as far as your teeth falling out, I would suggest this is not a dream from God...I used to have a fear of bridges when I was a kid and I would have the same dream over and over about having to crawl along the edge of a very high bridge and I would fall off with cars rushing past on the bridge, and then wake up

wasn't from God...it was just me working through my own fears. no more dreams about falling off bridges now

everyone dreams every night whether or not they remember it. it's a natural process of the mind and occurs during REM or deep sleep

since you asked though, your teeth falling out can often represent 'insecurity'...which I got from a google search...also other meanings, but insecurity appears to be quite popular

yet you say you used to have this dream. so yah know, it's really your own interpretation

really? God is all over them?

that's nonsense. while God can cause some sort of dream to occur, dreaming is also a natural process. and God is not all over visions either

in any case, dreams and visions do not take the place of scripture

and it turns out the teeth falling out dream is actually common and most likely does not indicate the end of dentistry or the world

Gave you a thumbs up because the way you've described these forums is accurate.

actually and without prejudice, one reason so many have a problem with the supernatural (I do believe and practice the gifts so that is not my reason for replying as I am about to) is because people devalue it by trying to interpret things that are normal as though they were not and by thinking everything has to have some kind of super duper meaning

these forums have not been accurately described. we do not put personal experience before the written word

yet many do and then poo poo all who caution

Well I agree that dreams and visions and interpreting is still going on today..but dreams of God are different.
I am a big fan of discernment...
Satan knows how to give dreams and stuff too.
Threads like this always make me cautious...

Just to be clear I was referring to how some people on this site behave.

I was not commenting on the accuracy of attributing experiences to the supernatural.

I had the same dream is just God reminding me have to look after my teeth. It actually is quite a scary dream. Lots of people have actually such a bad diet that they had to have all their teeth taken out and false teeth put in because they rotted out. And that is super expensive.

My tip is dont eat sugar, just dont let any junk food pass through your lips and eat real food instead.

all dreams are not from God and even if they are from God, what is this exactly?

it would seem more like fortune telling if you ask me to come here and throw that dream out for 'open' interpretation

and what does that have to do with this site? does not matter which forum you go on (and there are plenty) you will find all kinds of opinions and interpretations that have nothing to do with this site but everything to do with a lack of biblical understanding and too much eagerness to label something 'God' when it is not

+++ whenever I have a disturbing dream I pray to see if God is speaking through it and ask for guidance. The enemy can also use dreams to fluster and trouble us. Teeth in the Bible refers to strength and power. GOD will break the teeth of the wicked. He will break the teeth of the young lions. I take some dreams as warnings in which I intensify prayer and "hearing". If this is just a weird dream which happens it can be dismissed. Stay close to God in Faith trusting in His protection. Pray when you sleep that you will have sweet sleep according to the Word. Ask for dreams from God if He wills. Since this dream has happened many times I would seek deeper for God's understanding. Press in to God for we know the enemy wishes us harm and God is for us. GRACE and PEACE
