1948 fulfills prophecy?

The New Agreement
31 This is what the Lord said, “The time is coming when I will make a new agreement with the family of Israel and with the family of Judah. 32 It will not be like the agreement I made with their ancestors. I made that agreement when I took them by the hand and brought them out of Egypt. I was their master, but they broke that agreement.” This message is from the Lord.

33 “In the future I will make this agreement with the people of Israel.” This message is from the Lord. “I will put my teachings in their minds, and I will write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.34 People will not have to teach their neighbors and relatives to know the Lord, because all people, from the least important to the most important, will know me.” This message is from the Lord. “I will forgive them for the evil things they did. I will not remember their sins.”

The Lord Will Never Leave Israel
35 He makes the sun shine in the day,
and he makes the moon and the stars shine at night.
He stirs up the sea so that its waves crash on the shore.
The Lord All-Powerful is his name.
This is what the Lord says:
36 “The descendants of Israel will never stop being a nation.
That would happen only if I lost control of the sun, moon, stars, and sea.”
37 The Lord says, “I will never reject the descendants of Israel.
That would happen only if people could measure the sky above,
and learn all the secrets of the earth below.
Only then would I reject them for the bad things they have done.”
This message is from the Lord.
The New Jerusalem
38 This message is from the Lord, “The days are coming when the city of Jerusalem will be rebuilt for the Lord. The whole city will be rebuilt—from the Tower of Hananel to the Corner Gate. 39 The measuring line[a] will stretch from the Corner Gate straight to the hill of Gareb and then turn to the place named Goah. 40 The whole valley where dead bodies and ashes are thrown and all the terraces down to the bottom of Kidron Valley all the way to the corner of Horse Gate will be holy to the Lord. The city of Jerusalem will never again be torn down or destroyed.”

And how does this relate to 1948??

I believe that was the year that Israel officially became a country once again. Actually, when this happened it was very much biblically significant in regards to end-time events.

Just from curiosity if the man of sin comes and sits in the temple(when they build it) and claims he is God, is that before or after Jesus returns and sets up his kingdom on earth? Anyway in the spirit of the debate just how does this all unfold, does the Lord call them all back to Israel(1948) and all the things in the OP unfold and then the MOS takes over and says he's God?

lol, seems backward to me to think so about 1948 in that if someone was any type of futurist and they see that the MOS rises in a place the world calls Israel and after they build a temple he sits in a wing of it and claims authority over all that is called God, and the Lord destroys him with the brightness of his coming then the MOS comes first and our Lord afterwards.

So in 1948 after those in the earth said let us put them back as a state in Palestine and call them Israel is it the one that God sets up or is it the one the earth said let us make an image of?

lol, I think so also because of John 5:43 and Rev.13:11-18 and that they will not see Jesus again until they say Luke 13:35,Matt.23:39 . Now not that I think that the New Jerusalem will not descend down from heaven,I do but that the earth will also set up a beast/kingdom in it's image before hand and many will worship that image.

How many people in this day and age are gonna worship an image (other than Romin catholics) Bro - those day are long past.

Watch who and how that they respond,I face this from those who do every time I state what I have said. I also try to stand in another's shoes and listen for those who reason the MoS in the past.

Like I've said in the past and according to Paul the MOS was alive and waiting to be revealed back when he wrote this:

2 Thess 2:6 And you know what restrains him now, so that in his time he will be revealed.

So all who are promoting a future MOS have to explain how he can be alive since the days of Paul.

It's a serious denial of Paul's words to posit a future rise of the Mos.

And the simple answer would be to say who he was revealed as somewhere in the past which seems to have us all stumped,any ideas?

1948, when Israel became a nation again is prophecy, and to eventually bring all Jews back to Israel from out of the nations.

God said He will bring all Jews out of the nations, and put them back on their land, and leave none of them in the nations, and they shall know the Lord their God from that time forward, and He will never hide His face from them again.

70 weeks is determined upon Israel to make an end of sins, and to anoint the most holy who is Jesus.

69 weeks has passed, and the last week is the time that God causes all people that do not love Him to follow the beast kingdom, and brings Israel to the truth that Jesus is their Messiah.

Israel is blinded in part, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in, when salvation is no longer available to them, and so all Israel shall be saved.

God warns us of the new age movement, and their false interpretation of the Bible based on evolution, and people can still evolve, and Jesus is a good teacher in the evolutionary process and love, and honor the God of forces, or the power of nature as their higher power, and the New Age Christ is the final teacher.

The time will come that the world will only want to hear the Bible according to the new age movement, which will pave the way to the beast kingdom.

The man of sin, New Age Christ, will establish peace in the Middle East, and it will pave the way for all Jews to go to Israel, which the Gentile nations will see to that, and the man of sin wants them all on their land, for the devil wants to use him to deceive the Jews, and to go against them, but God means it for good.

The Jews will rebuild their temple, and go back to animal sacrifices for they are still blinded in part, with no hassle from the Palestinians, and the Jews will split Jerusalem with the Palestinians.

The Gentile nations will come together and say Peace and safety as they try to establish peace on earth, and the 7 years, last week will begin.

When they say Peace and safety then sudden destruction comes upon them.

For the first three and one half years, repentance, and salvation, is still available to the world, as God gives them space to repent, and leave off their agenda of the new age movement, and their religion as being evolution that they can still evolve by the power of nature.

The 6 trumpets are 6 warnings to the world to turn to God, but after the 6th trumpet, Islam against the world for they are hindering Islam, and all beliefs that are contrary to the new age movement, and Islam feels they have no choice but to fight.

That war is so terrible that it causes one third of the world to die, mostly concentrated in the Arab nations, which nuclear weapons are described, that the world is without hope, and instead of turning to God, they turn to the New Age Christ as the solution to have peace on earth.

So God gives them the man of sin to rule over them, and he steps in to the Jews temple, and claims to be their God and Messiah, and deceives all people that do not love God to follow him, and when they take the mark of the beast, which has to do with technology, then repentance, and salvation, is no longer available to them, and the fulness of the Gentiles have come in.

God will then turn Israel to the truth for the last three and one half years, and the world will attack Jerusalem, Jews, and Jesus will come back with all the saints, and defeat the world, and save Israel, and so all Israel shall be saved.

And Jesus and the saints shall rule over the heathen that God spared, and the kingdom restored to the Jews, Israel, and God will make a full end of all Gentile nation, governments, and Israel will be the only operating nation, and government.

"The man of sin was one who sat in the temple of God and made mockery of the Law for times, time, and half a time. Phannias ben Samuel fits this description perfectly. He was destroyed in the fall of the temple (i.e. at the coming of the Lord). He had no right to be a High Priest. And he was a product of the mystery of lawlessness and the apostasy: the zealot revolt. Josephus called him a "horrid piece of wickedness" and one who desecrated "such a sacred dignity".
