Boss

One of my bosses at work acts different towards me and it make me uncomfortable. I don't want to blame him for something he doesn't mean, but I feel so uncomfortable even angry around him sometimes. He treats me differently than the other girls where I work. He seeks me out. I feel like he is just drawn towards me and more aware of me sometimes and I hate it because he doesn't treat other people like that and it isn't appropriate I don't think. People used to joke that he was my boyfriend before I stopped laughing at the jokes. It's disgusting to me because he is at least thirty or maybe forty years older than me. Like he touches me and I just slink back and he doesn't get it and still touches me. Like people notice it. They see it and laugh at me and I hate when he gets unprofessional. Idk pray he gets more professional I guess. Thank you.

Hello, Umzza. I’m sorry to hear about your situation with this boss. I’m praying that God will intervene, provide help to have a professional atmosphere at your work place and give you guidance as you trust in Him. Also, do you think it might be helpful to talk openly with him about how you feel?

You could nicely tell your boss you don't like it when "anyone" touches you. Praying for you sister.

I've thought about telling him I don't like to be touched but I haven't yet. Like I would think he would get it when I step back every time he gets close or pull away when he touches me. I don't know. I just feel he doesn't treat me professionally.

If that was me I would make very loud remarks so everyone could hear.

Things like.

Oh I see you can’t keep your hands to yourself
You do know sexual abuse is an offence don’t you.
I wonder what your wife would think of you touching up another woman.

Years ago there was a creepy Mormon where I worked.
He seemed to take delight in trying to grope female staff, giving them hugs,
Snaking his arms around their waste etc.

He tried it with me once, it was the first and last time. I shoved him so
hard he nearly fell off his chair and I told him to keep his greasy sweaty
hands to himself.

Idk like it isn't normal perverted. It's like Christian perverted. Like you know like Christian men when they cheat they are different. But like he's not cheating because he doesn't have a wife. Idk I just don't like how he acts. Like people make comments and I can tell they're watching it.

If he’s a Christian it makes it even worse as he should definately know
better.


I would just give him a good slap and tell him to keep his creepy hands to himself.
