Hyperbole, oh well then - but I think even as hyperbole you are overstating the case - there was a lot of heat in the judge K. case, many on the "left' believed the woman.

Lot of young people there, you know how idealistic they can be at that age.

The next will be even worse, more fabricated nonsense I am sure, and when she is sworn in, the deranged left will take to the streets and looooose their minds again.

There is a problem with stacking the court with political ideologues - that goes for both "sides".

People "passionately" protesting is "losing" one's mind?

I think that rant of Lindsey Graham at the Kavanaugh "hearing" would be more apt in describing losing yer mind - I had a fair amount of respect for the guy before that.

Would you describe the anti Vietnam war protesters as "losing their minds"?

Edited to add - I still think he's guilty.

Lindsey did an excellent job. And you think "he's guilty"? Of what?

I was speaking in regards to Kavanaugh lying in regards to the Christian Blasey Ford "hearing".

Umm don't think there was any proof that he lied. But she certainly seemed to be. He didn't do anything wrong but defend himself. Not sure what you mean by "Christian Ford hearing"?

I'm talking about the both testimony in the testimonies before the Senate with the sex assault allegation.

I believe she told the truth.

I was speaking with a lawyer friend of mine last night in a local pub and the state of the US came up, and this case in particular.

His thoughts were that she had no reason to lie especially in light of what damage it could do to her.

His impression was that Kavanaugh lied and was unfit for any office.

Seriously, this is not a "he said" she said" case, does your lawyer friend not know about due process and corroborating testimony?

She lied not for herself but to benefit others, but it did not work thankfully!!

He's handled a lot more cases of "he said" she said" than you Sister_Bannon.

Well that does help him much then, cause the Kavanaugh case was not "he said" "she said" did not even rise to that level if one knows anything about the evidence. :)
