Dan123456.....Just be encouraged that your Heavenly Father is able to meet your deepest needs! Wherever life has brought you, just know that with every sunrise of each new day, your life has significant purpose. The desire you are feeling in your heart in wanting to serve, is no doubt the Lord prompting & speaking this to you. Never underestimate the power of prayer! Often times if not daily, we are all called to pray for one another. Whether its your immediate family, friends or for our nation or the needs in our world, there is no end to the needs that surround us. Allow the Lord to help you simply pray for the needs of others, which always moves the heart of God. He listens & His heart is moved with compassion to the hurting, needy & lost in our world. This is a great place to begin serving, as in the ministry of prayer. Spend time daily in the word, and trust the Lords leading to serve in others areas as well. Here on Christian Chat, is another really great place to offer those with prayer needs a word of encouragement or a simple prayer. There is sometimes very fulfilling when we speak hope & truth into ones life. We are all called to be the hands and feet of Christ, which can be in a multitude of different ministries. Rest in the Lord & be at Peace with each new sunrise! God has indeed given your gifts! and He will bring those gifts to life, as you trust in Him!
