Why... because He created us and gave us the breath of life, and the blood of life. He gives us choices and He give us chances. He gives us assurances, even promises them. He gives us hope and He gives us Love. He gives us relationship and connection. He gives us truth. He saves us from the evil forces of this world. He saves us from the law of sin and death. He saves us from ourselves. He teaches us. He molds us. He gives us wisdom. He gives us nature, food, water, laughter, and rest. He allows us to be included in His work. He heals, forgives, cleanses, restores, strengthens and renews. He is selfless. He is sacrificial. He is compassionate and He is humble. He has dominion and able to present us blameless before God. He is Holy. His grace is sufficient so that we can be sufficient in Him. He loves us all more than all of our love combined. He is power. He is supernatural. He is real. He is alive and only in Him are you. He gives us Himself...

Receive His gift of salvation and be set free!!

For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken. On God rests my salvation and my glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God. Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us. Selah

We should all meditate on all of the attributes you have mentioned of our Father. I have over the yeaqrs done so, and your post brings them to mind in a most glorious manner. Each attribute you mention hits home,. I am especially moved by "hE is Humble," that humbles me and makes me think of how He suffered for us allon the cross…...even for me, amen.

A winning post! All the focus, where & on whom it belongs. To Jesus be all the praise, honor & glory!

A brief comment on the OP wording. Quote: "Why Jesus/Yeshua"

I see this often on CC. In Genesis he reveals himself as Elohim, to Abraham as El Shaddi, To Moses as the I Am.

He revealed himself to me as Jesus the Christ. In what way does the English speaking world benefit from referring to Jesus as Yeshua?

El Shaddai,
