I guess I know that I could be happier in other specific areas of my life, but I know I am very blessed right now.

I don't think I am to be honest

That's too bad. in the past, whenever I went back to sin i'd feel that way. But that's just me. I pray that things get better for you-in His name.

Besides from being ugly, stupid, and broke; "Yes" I'm not only happy, but thrilled with who I am :).
Kidding...... I'm not sure its healthy to ever be happy with who we are? If we are content with who we are, there's no reason to ever try and change for the better.

Maybe not happy with who I am but very happy with where I am in life. I love this retirement phase with most of my big responsibilities behind me like work, raising a family and the big worries that I had to deal with before where I am right now and I LOVE the phase of life I'm in right now.

I’m getting there. It has taken a lot of work. Part of that was finding others generally have a better opinion of me than I do. Well, those whose opinions I trust.

I’ve at the part of my journey where I am learning how to have more self-compassion. That’s given me more awareness for the ways I can undermine myself.

That said, I do often feel like I need to keep improving before I feel I am okay. More weight loss, in particular, but lots of other areas of life, too. Learning to accept myself where I am at is hard, but I am getting closer each day.

We all may as well be happy, because the opposite is not so pleasing a thing. Paul said; "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content" (2 Timothy 6:6-8). And; "I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me" (Philippians 4:11-13).

Before I moved back to Oregon, I spent a long time feeling unhappy-mostly because I'd stopped making God my first priority.

Now that I've gotten my priorities straight, I'm full of joy from wake up to bedtime. God is awesome!!!

Right now, I can’t say I’m happy where I’m at. I just feel really tired and overwhelmed often. I got of kilter somewhere and have had a difficult time getting back. Mostly just wrestling with myself/the flesh.

I want to be back where I was before. I know what it’s like to walk in Joy and freedom. Walking in the Spirit truly is the best way to live.

Being happy with who I am depends a lot on what I think I should be and how close I think I am to what I think I should be... at least that's what I think it depends on. =^.^=

A drunk who doesn't mind living the life of a drunk can be happy with who he is. On the other hand I know of people who made fortunes playing the stock market, but they got so wrapped up in beating the markets that it became their measure of self worth and they had a hard time saying "enough" after they made their piles.

The good news is if I am unhappy with who I am there is always a way to change it. The bad news is being happy with who I am doesn't matter much. Notice I said "much." It does matter a little. It is better to feel good about oneself than hate oneself. But in the end it doesn't matter much.

I'm relatively happy, there is just a few things I would like to improve. I think happiness is more about being on an acceptable path as opposed to a specific point in time you are simply contented with.

I don't think I am to be honest
Me neither, not by a long shot am i anywhere near the person i want to be.. But i have hope that i will be way better then the best person i could ever imagine when i am transformed by God on the day of the reasurection... :)

If a person is happy with who they are now then i fear for that person..

Yes we can be at peace and content with our situation knowing that God has us covered.. But happy?? No Way..
