not the right glasses
true story

one day as my mother was half way down the stairs she asked me to get her glasses, so i went to the place she keeps them and showed them to her, she said they are not the right ones, so i went back and got her the other ones, she still said they were not the right ones, so i went back and got her and showed the previous glasses, and she said those are the ones, and i told her they were the ones i showed her before, she answered "i couldn't tell, i didn't have my glasses on.

Ugh. This reminds me of how many times I tried to teach my mom how to switch back and forth between satellite and local channels. Looking back on it, I should have just told her to switch to DirecTV so she had them all with the same service.

I did jokingly threaten to take all of the electronics she couldn't figure out how to use a few times.
