So when you're done crisping up or frying up those fish sticks, they're yum yum yummy dipped in tarter sauce.
Here's how we make ours (no measuring, just to taste a little at a time b/c you can always add more, but if you put to much can never take away)
Mayonnaise
Relish
Lemon Juice
Squeeze or two of honey
Paprika
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
mix all together and let set at least a day.
The flavors really come together when it marinates a day or 2.

actually, now that I think about it...... our dinner plans to meet up with some one changed and I have to come up with something @ home.............. sounds like a winner, gonna get on it.......... wait, even better I have some already!
