Nope, it is not. to see some speeding is a law of the land that they violated and if they are caught they will receive a ticket which they got not as judgment but as a consequence for breaking the law. To say "wow they are speeding" does not affect the persons' eternal condition.

One can justify action all they would like, the filthy rags are in context to our works. They do not save us. Our works show we are saved. You said your nephew was or is a good moral person for the most part as I paraphrase your comments. I am sure you are right. But we are not saved by our moral actions we are saved by the blood of Jesus and our life after salvation must be like Christ. You can suggest or assume all you want. If you think speeding in a car is the same as sleeping with the same sex and same-sex marriage the only judgment is that lack of discerning right from wrong " woe to those who call bad good and good bad".

Thank you! :)

I so appreciate you clear headed scriptural approach here...I can tell you have not been influenced by the "prevailing humanistic world view" sadly some have adopted this lens when interpreting scripture.

I would not even get in the car with someone who speeds. That sends a clear message that they drive too fast.
I would say, I prefer to take the bus or my own car thank you. Also its not safe.

Its not rejecting them as a person, but their behaviour. You can make them be the passenger, but you do NOT let them take the wheel.

You need to put the word 'unrepentent' into that sentence. The issue is not whether one has sinned in the past. The issue is whether one is living a sinful lifestyle in the present.
Unbelievers are all unrepentant. But many Christians are, too, if you want to talk about sins they commit against others. And you certainly do not have to look far to see those.

Also, that is showing kindness, which leads to repentence.

Jesus invites us to his wedding supper in heaven. But some people refuse to go. Or they give an excuse. There is nothing you can do about that if you present the gospel and they refuse. Going to someones gay weddings doesnt mean they are going to accept Jesus, it would seem they already refusing to listen.

After all they didnt call it off.
Some people do when they realise what a big mistake they are making, even if it costs them thousands of dollars. But now its too little too late, and you will have to wait till a divorce or your nephew gets so abused that he cant function or dies of stds, aids or something else. Just telling it like it is.

Doesnt seem like his nephew is a christian, ricky did say he was raised or exposed to the gospel in church but that doesnt make anyone a christian. You need to be born again.

I have and people are stating that they believe we should be separate (which is scriptural) which is not rejection.
I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people— not at all meaning the sexually immoral of this world, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. 1 Cor 5:9-10

Would not the root be satan and our fallen nature? Not sure we have the means to axe that. Christ does, but until He returns we're stuck with swatting leaves.
No. The root is refusing to repent and surrendering all to Jesus. No, we are not stuck swatting leaves. The axe is telling people the truth rather than trying to help them make excuses for their lifestyles of rebellion against God's ways.

Romans
1:31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

There is no such thing as a homosexual Christian.

Yes, and I specifically said "Christians" and was referring to people right here.

Yes, ad hom attacks are a favorite of some. Funny how they do that while denying what Scriptures say as if bullying, slander and lying about what Scripture explicitly states props up their case.
It certainly doesn't
Which is again one reason I didn't act like a Chridiot at the reception. I'm in no place to be throwing stones.
Neither am I.

Well according to a church I used to belong to. Divorce is adultery, so they don't accept divorce people as members.
So to them since divorce is permanent we can't get un-divorced and remarriage is adultery also and in this day and age the person requesting the divorce only has to pay the court filing fee and will go through with or without the spouses acceptance being divorced is worse than being a Homosexual and because there are no adulterous Christians. There are no divorced Christians either? Since when was divorce blasphemy of the Holy Spirit?

Is there such a thing as an adulterous Christian?
there are those who are Christian who has committed adulterous. they are not called adulterous Christian as their identity. they are Christians who have sinned. homosexuality is not a race of people it is an act of sin. Why is that so hard for a Christian to see? I know why the unsaved see it that way.
