Well as a Pentecostal Christian who wholeheartedly believes in Jesus' words ... these signs shall follow them that believe ...
yes I do lay hands on the sick and have prayed for their healing.
For in the Spirit-filled church the gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to faith, healing and working of miracles.
But I cannot claim a 100% success rate for either myself or others.
Some rather amazing instant healings, but also some prolonged processes of healing (usually associated with healing also my
walk in the Spirit).

I have seen miracles to a blind woman receiving her sight, lame people walking, some people having major surgery cancelled
due to being healed.
But again others receive a blessing and assistance from God even though they undergo medical procedures: their recovery
and health is way above those who do not pray to seek help from God.
We have three brothers in our local assemblies who are in wheelchairs, one is a quadriplegic. But all three are faithful and
prayerful and come to meetings. They do not suffer the same side-effects and sores of others who are wheelchair bound.
And the quadriplegic brother is a testimony to the other wheelchair dependent persons and to the therapy staff.

I believe that Jesus works out all things for the good of those who love and serve him. Often in our infirmities we come across
people also suffering and we are able to witness to them about salvation from a God who can heal through miracles today.
Jesus came to save our souls not just our bodies.

I'm not sure if I've ever met a believer that thought healing was not Possible. There is a Huge distinction between believing what God can do and what he Will do. Or even in understanding How it will be done.
Unless you are part of the prosperity false gospel then you realize physical healing is not a guarantee.
Also does God not expect people to use wisdom? Is there wisdom in Not going to doctors? Is God not still being whether he uses miracles or doctors?
The common trend in the church anymore is not building up, but complaining about everyone else and making generalizations.
And that you've got the biggest proponent of the Gospel of Pentacostalism on your side isn't really an aid.

Psalm 116:
15Precious in the sight of the Lord
is the death of his faithful servants.

Isa 57:
1The righteous perish,
and no one takes it to heart;
the devout are taken away,
and no one understands
that the righteous are taken away
to be spared from evil.
2Those who walk uprightly
enter into peace;
they find rest as they lie in death.

This thread isn't about raising the dead. It's about healing. Are you advocating that people who get sick or injured should just die?

Those that die, die and those that are healed are healed.

are they Christians? I wonder if they do not believe the Bible. Doctors..well we can thank God for doctors...people have died waiting for a healing rather than go to a doctor and receive the help that God makes available. God can and most certainly does heal and if a Christian goes to a doctor, how does that make them trusting in medicine more?

I do both. I pray and if I go to a doctor, dentist, chiropractor whatever...I pray that God will work through them

but it becomes obvious there are people here that would rather die than admit God heals. they are anti anything they cannot control in their life and they cannot stand the thought that another person would experience God's grace and miracles in their life

they will reveal themselves.. so no mystery there at all ;)

Those that die, die and those that are healed are healed.
And... what about those who are not healed, but do not die of their illnesses? What of those whose bodies are broken by diabetes, MS, arthritis, scoliosis, or a thousand other non-fatal illnesses? What of injuries that won't heal properly? Is your god so heartless or weak that healing those who suffer is out of the question?

Again, this thread is about miraculous healing. It does still happen.

Again, I refer you to the research done by Lee Strobel:

Starting at minute 23, Lee tells the story of, and later interviews on camera, a woman who was healed of a horrible disease... instantly.

You can either conclude that she is lying and he is duped, or that God is still in the miracle business.

In The Revival Fellowship everybody, and I mean everybody, have wonderful testimonies to healings and miracles.
Every Spirit-filled believer who has received the indwelling Holy Spirit and thus can pray in tongues is able to stand up
before a meeting and testify to miracles and healings.
I personally know of two miracles of raising people who have died: Zech died from a broken neck (motorbike accident) and was
raised up back to life by prayer from his father; and David died from a severe asthma attack and was raised up through prayer
by his wife and children.
I personally laid hands on a dead woman, killed in a car crash (verified by the attending paramedic) and prayed in tongues for
God to give her a second chance at life and salvation. She was dead for 15 minutes and then she opened her eyes and moved
her head.

The gospel preached by Jesus and the Apostles is that these signs shall follow them that believe and that they shall confirm the
word of God through having the power of God (the Holy Spirit) to do these signs.

All who are healed are healed by God. Some are healed by God through doctors. Some are healed without doctors. God is merciful yet there are times when the death of his saints glorifies His name more than healing. Some are called to suffer for His ssake like He suffered for our sakes.

Tell them to study what happen at The Azusa Street Revival, led by William J. Seymour, an African American preacher.

Prosperity false gospel? The only one I ever hear reject the prosperity gospel is someone who believes the Gospel is free so anyone can come to God by reading a book, yet they couldn't have read without a teacher.

"Hell is being poor in heaven, which is the reward of fools sayeth he that will have all men saved and come to the knowledge of the truth."

19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
Matt 6:19-21

Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: Matt 5:12

Ever learning they see but perceive not and hear but understand not, like the word in John 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it,

In reality, the probability of being heal is way higher by visiting a hospital !

Time and chance happen unto all and Jesus chose to inspire a GENTILE DOCTOR to write one of the gospels and Acts......and Paul gave MEDICAL ADVICE TO TIMOTHY and God, in the O.T. gave all sorts of medical advice on numerous subjects--->>>>>God gave us brains....start using yours!!

Only ones I heard accept it people that are broke and sick. Except the pastors whose congregation makes them millionaires.

You cannot be a Christian without believing in miracles. Everything about Christ and Bible Christianity is supernatural. But there are times when God heals WITHOUT HUMAN INTERVENTION and there are times when He uses doctors and surgeons to bring about healing. The evangelist Luke was a beloved physician (a doctor) (Colossians 4:14).

So the two things are not opposed and it would be foolish to suggest that Christians should avoid hospitals, doctors, and surgeons. But they should first go to the Lord and ask for healing, or call for the elders of the church to pray for healing (James 5).
