Why I now believe that salvation can be lost.

We need to read all scriptures about salvation and Justification In the bible. Not just pick a few scriptures constantly;)

I am the sort of person who wants to know what's in everything whether it's the bible or food. I need to know the ingredients;). So when reading a food packet do we look at a few ingredients on the list or all of them?;)

I would like to ask you a question-

If a person becomes born again (receiving the holy spirit), then becomes a devil worshipper will he go to heaven?

It does not change the FACTUAL TRUTH OF THE FOLLOWING VERSE....

However, to the one not working, but believing on the One justifying the ungodly, his faith is reckoned for righteousness,

No believer would do that...so your question is moot....if they go out from us they were NEVER OF US <--John is clear!

The bible does not contradict itself....the following verse is clear....You are contradicting scripture if you think works are required to prove salvation.

However, to the one not working, but believing on the One justifying the ungodly, his faith is reckoned for righteousness,

Of course the same verse. I already told you I agree with it. :).

So the issue isnt works. Its actually "Faith" You dont agree that the book of James is relevant for today or for Christian's. That's the real issue here. You dont think the book of James applies for Christian's today.

So in conclusion the problem isn't people "earning" their way to heaven. Its actually you dont believe the book of James is relevant for todays Christian's. You dont think the faith Abraham has should be the faith we should have!

I follow dispensationalism so I believe that we are in the grace dispensation today, the church age, where Romans to Philemon is church doctrine written to us. The rest of the book are for our learning.

The rest of the bible needs to be removed then. And taken to the library;). Put in the history section;)

You dont think Abraham should be an example of what true faith should look like:(. He never had Faith Alone, He showed his faith by action. Today he would be called a legalistic guy:)

Abraham was justified by faith without works attached Romans 4 take up your view with God....

You are quickly proving to be dishonest and deceptive....you won't last long here being that way

You said this person was never saved to begin with.

So you think a person cannot turn to sin again, otherwise they weren't saved and will never be saved.



This sounds more legalistic than what I follow.

So you cant ever sin again isnt that right according to what you wrote above. Or you must view some sins worse than others which is a belief from non OSAS believers:).

So if you sin now, you were never saved to begin with isnt that right. Or is the the devil worshipper I mentioned above different to you?.
