I'm curious as to the rules for links to outside websites in the form of a gaming website.

Seems like it'd be really fun to play Hearts online with CC members but not sure about whether this is allowed or not.

There's also a cool website for basically pictionary but you can draw anything you like having to do with the word so it'd be nice to have a nice clean private game.

Anyway, lmk.

I believe long as it's not a competing chat site, a link to anything inappropriate or any form of advertisement it should be fine. But bear in mind that if people don't know you they may not be eager to click to go off site to do anything. And if you don't know them and they have ulterior motives, whatever they say off CC cannot be used against them for purposes of banning.
Considering all that your best bet is to find those who you are already comfortable with and offer them in PM, rather than anything public. But if new user "John Smith" follows you off the site and tries to harass or scam you, you're on you're own.
Other than that i don't think there is a problem with the links you propose. Of course i speak unofficially, but that's long been my understanding.
