Yes, by the Grace of God and in His infinite wisdom, that order happens too. However, most of the time it’s the painstaking process of removing ourselves (our egos) first, in order to let Him do everything else. We must decrease and He must increase. But, if we go by TULIP, the “U” argues otherwise. Being an Orthodox Christian, I don’t quite see it that way.
