- Nah I won't be going, the churches are filled with hypocrites.
- Come on now join us. ONE MORE AINT GONE HURT US
The same people that say stuff like "Yeah well, I dont like to give money to the church, WHO KNOWS how that money is being spent?" will NOT MIND spending hundreds of dollars/euros/we on movies, videogames, hobbies, entertainment WITHOUT CARING how the money is being spent in those companies.
"All the churches are apostate in my area"
START ONE. Start a house church. You dont need a big building.
Im not a Pastor, but I do work and deal with REAL PEOPLE with REAL ISSUES so trust me ive heard all the excuses under the sun for not going to church.
BUT: To all the lonewolf Christians out there, when you DO join a church you WILL grow spiritually. That is a FACT. Could the churches be better? SURE. One thing I would fix to stop scaring new members is stop looking down on people with no extravagent testimonies, it makes people feel uncomfortable telling how they got saved if someone has a rags to riches story and you just heard the gospel, got convicted by the Holy Ghost of your sins and got saved.
Remember folks: Jesus compared us to SHEEP. A LONE SHEEP is an EASY MEAL for a wolf. So dont stay alone. (if possible)
