The word has many forms of mysteries of God. There are allegories,symbols,parables, types,shadows,ect.ect! Myself,I prefer the King James Version,I do have several other forms of study BIBLES,Strongs, commentaries and the highway of research....the internet! The word has to rightly divided under the leadership of the Holy Spirit,not as A READ,but studied to show yourself approved,that we are not shamed! Do you want an Architect to build your mansion,if he only reads comic books,and cannot read a blue print?.... I think not! It is the same for us,the BIBLE,God's inspired word is our instruction manual on how to please the Father! Blessings on our journey!

Blessings, although I will say for reluctanct readers, comic book Bibles are not shunned in my school library. I think if you are aged 12 or over though, you ought to be able to try the KJV. For reading as well as studying.

"Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
