You can download Bible studies online, but there are many different ones. I've just started using this one:

I like it because it has different Bible versions but I like the New International Version (NIV), as it's easier for me to understand.
My prayer for you: Please Lord let Levi gain access to a study Bible or someone who can study with him, so that he can learn more about your word. Amen.
Have you tried contacting some large Christian organisations for an actual Bible? I suppose it depends on what religion you follow as to whether that Christian organisation has missionaries that could possibly visit you.
