I’m sorry to hear about your struggle with depression, Annaizabel. I’m praying that God will touch you with His healing hand and strengthen you. May He be your source of comfort and encouragement as you look to Him. Also, it might be helpful to speak to a counselor. I know that Focus on the Family can provide a free phone consultation with a licensed counselor if you call this number 855-382-5433.

Lord help all those who suffer depression. Whether it be major or minor. Help them see there is light at the end of the tunnel after all.

Hey Anna, have you been officially diagnosed with this disorder? If not do please go see your doctor or mental health professional.
If you have been diagnosed, and are on medication, maybe you need to get a review and some bloods done, just to make sure nothing is out of whack?
Did anything stressful happen to you? Stressors can trigger MDD.
I feel for you. MDD is a horrid thing to live with. But always remember, there are people on here you can talk to, if that is what you want, or try to always keep in touch with a friend or family member, who can become your 'buddy' for when you are in a crisis.
Just restf for a couple of days if possible, & don't do anything stressful. If you feel worse later PLEASE call someone, or call a free crisis hotline.
My prayer for you:
Our loving heavenly Father, please help Anna and all the other poor, suffering souls with their depression, help her to be able to confide in someone and to cope better with her depression. Amen.
Let us know how you get on won't you. :)

Fill your mind w/what God says, our 'feelings can be deceptive. ' God HAS NOT given us a spirit of fear but love, PEACE and a SOUND mind' and that's from our Creator. Write down Scriptures on post-its and put them all around you and smother out the lies of the enemy. 'God is FOR you so what can be against you?'...….this goes for ourselves to, we must 'fight the good fight of faith'. I join my prayers w/the others and that means it's settled, God bless.
'When two agree on anything they ask, it SHALL be done by my Father in Heaven'.....says God:):):):):):)
