Just got back from a partial in patient program. At first it didn't seem like it was helping but living by myself pretty much helped me figure out when I get over the initial shock I can live on my own. I also learned a structured schedule was something I sorry needed. Unfortunately the program didn't help with Scrupulousity but I may have a lead for that. Over all it was an interesting week outside of my comfort zone :)

Some of your issues I can relate to.
Scrupulosity might be one. Still there are things I did in the past that I have glossed over and did not take full responsibility for.

I wondered where you'd gone to KK.
Well done matey! Getting out of your comfort zone is always hard. And it sounds like you learned some valuable coping skills. Here's hoping they come in useful, and that your new friends stay in touch with you.
Kudos to you! :)

:) I got home about an hour ago it was an interesting experience made some new friends too :)
I am glad to hear you enjoyed your time away despite it being challenging on some fronts. Expanding beyond our limits helps us grow! I hope you are able to develop and maintain some healthy disciplines. They will really help you build a stronger, healthier foundation from which to live out your life and better deal with your issues. PS~ Bob says "Hello!" He has been having problems with his computer set-up (been through three [I think] since I've known him) and is as of last night using a smart phone with a very small keyboard which is difficult for him to type on.
