@IFOLLOWHIM .
I listened to that song, it was very sweet of you to not only let me hear that song, but for you to say (for those of you reading this and who are lost, go out and buy Spiderman, episode 230, it's in the story line....well, actually not, but it might be some good reading anyway...lol).

Honestly, it's a start, in the acceptance part maybe. Just would want sooo much more.
Truly though, that was very sweet of you to both say and let me listen to that song. Thank you for them both... May God bless you with just the right man , that it will be right in all ways🤗

I do love that song,we gals were raised to look for Prince Charming and a Super hero but the reality is...........

Well, I do believe that the "fairytale", as they say, is built day by day, moment by moment, each time one listens and truly cares to because they want to know. When one forgoes getting angry, and instead turns to the bride / groom and chooses to love them instead of treating them as the enemy. When one realizes they have not done those things and humbles themselves to their love of their life (among men, as Jesus and God should ALWAYS BE our one true love, and value the Holy Spirit as coming from Abba) and from a very real and deep place in there heart "I am so very sorry I hurt you." and the other, remembering they are not without humanness and faults if there own forgives them. When the two become one and they love each other daily and work to do all things in a way that complements their relationship and first and foremost honors the most High and God of ALL things that has blessed them to be together and be wed and be the man and wife they now r.
Some call it a fairytale. I don't. This is a scratching of the surface of a relationship I believe. To want to do little and big things to show the other there love daily, whatever that might look like in each relationship that works for them.
<<<steps off the soap boxes and yields it to the next that needs to use it🙂

I believe any relationship takes work as you say!
Whether it's with siblings, friends or significant others!
Living life is reality and it's about being kind, tenderhearted, and forgiving for yes we all have frailities, quirks, and personalities that are unique to each!
Communication and acceptance are big factors in maintaining quality relationships.

However no one will sweep someone up ,put them on a pedestal and life will be all stars
,rainbows and butterflies!................( I wish)😊

Young people should be taught about love and how to give love!

Young people should be taught about love and how to give love!
It starts in the home... when a man and wife love each other, the kids see it and know. When they look at each other in the way two people who are truly in live look at each other, the kids know. They pick up on everything. A young man will learn how to treat his wife with respect by seeing it modeled by his Father. A young lady will see it in how her mom treats her love (husband). The girl will also want a good man like her Father was and it raises the bar for the young men in her life. The boy, sees beauty in how his mom treats her husband and wants that for himself when he looks for someone...or, they go the other way. The girl looks for someone that will mistreat her as to her (in a broken home) is what is "normal". The boy learns to treat a woman poorly to say the least, as that is what he saw growing up and is his "normal". It starts in the home... God can and does help ppl coming from those situations to be different than what they saw growing up, absolutely. Sone follow ther Earthy role models. Some follow God calling them in ther heart to know that there is a true form of love, and the broken home way was not the easy...
And peddestools are wrong. For when the one falls off of it, the other is horrified, when they should have never been placed so high. I think the butterflies in the stomach are possible. I think a man / wife should walk next to each other on the road in life. Serving God together in all things. Even if in different jobs they serve him, they can both be ther for each ither in the home, thus serving and honoring God together. When one is over whelmed, the other carries the more of the burden to lighten their burden and Visa versa. Like that song Lean On Me. And your right, so much so about communication being viral in any relationship. Respect too. Love first and foremost. So many different ways to show ppl love, and yet the world is starving for it, why? Selfishness runs rampant...oh dang, I'm doing it again, lol

AMEN!
I grew up with an abusive male role model, but my Mom was always the love in our family!
None of my brothers ever were nor are abusive,bc my Mom was OUR role model!
She taught us about God ,while he cursed Him.

Everything we learn,we see first!
I'm wondering where this last generation will lead us since most were latchkey and electronics minded as far as caregiving...............shudders!

I enjoy my microwave as well!

When My family was young ,I was at home doing what a wife and mother does according to Proverbs 31.

I'm sorry all have not had the blessings of godly caring mother at home looking after their needs!

I'm not perfect, nor was I but I cared for those He placed in my charge and brought them up correctly I pray.

I know and see how very hard it is today with our economy and the necessity to have working parents, not just the husband.

I pray we all strive to do better in our home life!
