And the whistleblowers attorney has just been uncovered on tweeting about a coup of the President.
The term *whistleblower* is being GROSSLY ABUSED by the Democrats. It is is only if there is an actual crime or act of wrongdoing that a whistleblower can expose that. Since there was no crime or wrongdoing on the part of Trump, someone should be taken to task for deliberately misapplying this term.

Furthermore, this whole impeachment farce should have been stopped before it got started, and there is no reason why that could not have been done. It is just like the Mueller Witch Hunt -- TOTAL NONSENSE. That any government of the USA can be allowed to continue with nonsense day after day shows to what depths the system has fallen.

But ultimately the blame for this ridiculous situation must be applied to the Republicans in Name Only (who dominated both houses earlier on). The RINOs resisted and opposed Trump day after day, and neglected their solemn duty and responsibilities to do what they were voted to do.

Paul Ryan was allowed to be Speaker from 2015-2019 even though he was a traitor to Republican values. And he made sure everyone would undermine Trump until the Democrats took over. And they had vowed that if they took control of the House they would impeach, regardless of the facts or the truth. And that is exactly what they are doing. Manufacturing evidence and lying through their teeth.

At the same time Mr. Trump has been sabotaging himself day after day. He failed to clean house thoroughly when he took office, then he appointed traitors to his administration, then he hired and fired on an almost daily basis, then he capitulated to the Democrats by signing spending bills which opposed his agenda, and the list goes on and on. Also he failed to clean out the DOJ and FBI and then start investigating Obama and Clinton, along with Comey, Clapper, and the whole gang of Deep State ruffians. In war, the best defense is a good offense, and he failed to apply this principle, even though the Swamp was at war with him.

Where did you come up with this?

Do you agree that (1) Mr. Trump is doing the job that he was elected to do and (2) this whole Schiff Witch Hunt is a TOTAL FARCE? You don't have to be anyone mouthpiece to discern the truth.

i tried to find corroborating evidence / reporting on this and all i found were about a dozen 'news sites' that i've never heard of before, all printing verbatim the same text, and all with a whole lot of hyper-conservative advertising.

as to the article itself it's all unverified accusation from unnamed sources without corroboration.

as to its legitimacy, well, honestly, this smells an awful lot like fake news. like deliberate misinformation. like blatant smear. i'll have to see if anything verifiable actually turns up.

but thanks again :)
See. This is THE major problem in a nutshell. YOU believe news sites that are completely and utterly nothing more than an arm of the DNC, and leftist ideology. EVERY syllable they speak is to further those goals. THE greatest accomplishment of the President Trump is to forever expose them for what they are. That is a BIG reason why they, and those that want to believe their propaganda hate him so much, and by extension, those that support him.

i read news from other countries instead of US outlets precisely to avoid what you are assuming about me and accusing me of.

You did not post a B. S. article from the New York Times?

Of course. Only the door to the dems swings to 100% pure evil. The gop, at least when it comes to platform, is nowhere near as wicked.

we can certainly talk about 'levels of wickedness' but that is an entirely different discussion.

what i meant is do you not understand that there are biased GOP-mouthpiece propaganda news agencies in this country just as much as there are biased DNC-mouthpiece propaganda news agencies? the biggest news agency in our country ((by viewership)) happens to be one, unapologetically.

i'm talking about accuracy & bias in news sources and you're responding with a worldly partisanship allegation. that kind of drives home my point

The ratio is beyond laughable. You either know this, or are willingly ignorant of it.

In the you just CAN'T make this stuff up dept: Bet our "friends" on the left aren't hearing this in WAPO, NYT, CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC,NPR, "foreign news sources" etc.............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
FLASHBACK, 2018: Joe Biden Brags At CFR Meeting About Withholding Aid To Ukraine To Force Firing Of Prosecutor
In this clip from a January 2018 appearance at the Council on Foreign Relations, former Vice President Joe Biden seems to brag about threatening to withhold military aid to Ukraine as a pressure tactic to force the firing of a prosecutor he did not like.

In September 2019, House Democrats launched a formal impeachment inquiry into President Trump over a whistleblower's accusation that he threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine as a pressure tactic to force the Ukrainian government to investigate allegations that Joe Biden's son Hunter benefited financially from the firing of that same Ukrainian prosecutor.

JOE BIDEN, 23 JANUARY 2018: And that is I’m desperately concerned about the backsliding on the part of Kiev in terms of corruption. They made—I mean, I’ll give you one concrete example. I was—not I, but it just happened to be that was the assignment I got. I got all the good ones. And so I got Ukraine. And I remember going over, convincing our team, our leaders to—convincing that we should be providing for loan guarantees. And I went over, I guess, the 12th,

I was—not I, but it just happened to be that was the assignment I got. I got all the good ones. And so I got Ukraine. And I remember going over, convincing our team, our leaders to—convincing that we should be providing for loan guarantees. And I went over, I guess, the 12th, 13th time to Kiev. And I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor. And they didn’t.

So they said they had—they were walking out to a press conference. I said, nah, I’m not going to—or, we’re not going to give you the billion dollars. They said, you have no authority. You’re not the president. The president said—I said, call him.

(Laughter.)

I said, I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars. I said, you’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. (Laughter.) He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.

Well, there’s still—so they made some genuine substantial changes institutionally and with people. But one of the three institutions, there’s now some backsliding.

Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives, but exonerated in the Senate, so he was NOT removed from office.

The Democrats are using this process for PURELY political reasons. NO ONE thinks an impeachable offense occurred.
Its an interesting time in American history, there are likely going to be two living presidents who survived being imeached. And given that Trump invited the Clinton's to his wedding to Melania I think that they're likely both still on at least cordial terms...plus both Donald and Bill seem to have been well acquainted with Epstein.

My understanding of this was that Nixon, after the hope of censure was out the window and his position was untenable, elected to resign, but that the actual pardon wasn't granted til about a month after his resignation. There's been a lot of speculation that he was privately offered a pardon before he resigned, but no proof. Once he resigned, congress dropped the impeachment.

Don't forget Nixon accepted a pardon to avoid impeachment and further prosecution.
And in thus doing avoided (at that time) being only the second sitting president to be impeached, and in all likelihood the first to be removed from office.
